They don’t give a damn about their customers. I waited 20 minutes for my drink, and they simply forgot to make it. There wasn’t even an apology.

IF YOU CAN, I ADVISE YOU TO BUY A DRINK AT A LOCAL COFFEE SHOP, BECAUSE THAT’S WHERE PEOPLE STILL CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING DRINKS AT Starbucks.

I’ve visited many Starbucks locations across the country as a driver, and unfortunately, this one has consistently fallen short of expectations. The customer service is lacking, and the barista skills need improvement. On both of my visits, my order was incorrect, and the staff came across as unfriendly toward customers.
What’s concerning is that similar issues have been mentioned in reviews for months, yet there seems to be no visible improvement. This suggests that the problem may extend beyond the employees to management and ownership. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to address customer feedback and take steps toward better service.
It would be great to see this location make changes starting with improved training, stronger customer service, and management positive experience. that ensures the team is motivated and focused on providing a positive experience.

This location is super disrespectful, discriminating and racist towards brown skinned people. The servers refused me to provide there names. They have treated me so bad looking at my skin colour. She literally started showing me attitude the minute i started placing an order. One of the 2 girls shouted at me by yelling “”””WHAT “”” when i tried to ask where my order was. How disrespectful is it for my order to be thrown at me. I am paying for what i ordered ! I didn't ask for any favours ! This location is garbage ! Does not know how to treat customers of skin at ALL !!!!!! The manger present at the time of this incident was Haylee, and the owner is maddie . These are the names the manager gave me, not sure if they are true but this is so disappointing, specially for a service area Starbucks where thousands of all type of SKIN colour human being are encountered daily. So now i wonder how many other customers these girls have treated this way. My suggestion to the owner of this location is please train them again on how to be respectful with customers who pay money at Starbucks in order for them to be receiving their paycheques!!!!!
