They'll charge you for you drink including extras and make it before telling you they're out of all the ingredients to make your drink. I ordered a Midnight drink and payed for light ice so I could actually get to the blackberries without them being stuck under the ice. They promptly made my drink and then the employee making my drink asked the other are we still out of blackberries and the other one said yes. Which means both employees knew they were out and still made the drink and thought it was acceptable to serve it to me when I didn't get all the ingredients I paid for.

Why open at 0700 when there are about 100+ truck drivers that park there every night that's hundreds of thousands in revenue regular stores open at 0430 & don't see near the traffic that the service Plaza stores do

Took my daughter here and ordered her summer berry lemonade. Paid cash and tipped staff $10. Waited and watched a line of people get served. I went to check on the lemonade and the staff acted like they never saw us. They asked for a receipt, but they had never given us one. I will be utilizing the other coffee shop in town from now on.

We ordered two coffees, cappuccino and latte, the coffee was so hot that it burned my tongue, now I have a blister on my tongue!!!! It's not normal, it's boiling water!!
Didn't go to Starbucks. Went to Burger King cashier would rather play on his phone than take orders though. So didn't eat. Darn it, I was hungry!
