First shift on july 30th 2024 was INCREDIBLY rude, i walked in with a smile on my face and asked for my order, they told me they didnt have what i ordered, and instead of waiting for me to get there, they made my sub the wrong way and refused to work with me on it, they were extremely rude and unwelcoming, managers really need to keep their workers additudes in check. -a fellow food service worker

The owners stopped letting you use online discount codes as it's up to the owner. I was using the online discount codes, 2 to 3 times a week, now l don't go at all. Profits are more important, so it seems

I went in a few minutes before close and was instantly denied service even though I waited in line before the closing time to get just a 6in sub. As a frequent customer, and pregnant lady this is quite frustrating and immediately shows that they don't care for their customers since before 9pm their willing to turn them away, even if they wait for service. Honestly makes me wish you could rate a 0 star because 1 star is to generous for this type of customer service treatment.

My dad went in to get subs for dinner and ended up being sold an unfinished sandwich all because the workers thought shift change was more important than taking care of the customer. Will not be back and already put in a complaint to corporate.
