Waited forever before the anyone acknowledged us standing there. Was at the point we were about to leave due to the lack of service and unsanitary smell. Started to order order then was told they had no CO2 so only tea and incarbonated drinks. Ended up leaving without ordering.

Smelled like dirty feet when I walked in. Everything looked sticky. Waited 5 mins before someone came to the cash register. Started with my order she wasn't ringing it in and then she said we are out of co2 at the moment so we have no fountain drinks. So I waited 5 mins to be greated then was asked what I wanted just to be told no pop. Terrible customer service.

Food is always good, but unfortunately everytime I go here they mess up my order. Tried to give them another chance because they gave me a reward on the app and asked my husband to double check everything before we went home. Wrong again. Missing the sauces this time that are clearly on the receipt and our 5 piece chicken fingers only includes 4. Terrible service.

When Steak ‘n Shake started going downhill wear shakes would take an eternity to arrive and ignore a person of one to dine over a family of four and being ignored when checking out we put a stop to go in there and went to Freddy’s and glad we did. It has a more of a 1950s atmosphere and the burgers and shakes are better.

The definition of incompetence. If you want to have your order shorted and completely wrong to the tune of 50 bucks ,this is the place for you. If you like your orders correct and no lip back when asking for a refund I suggest you go somewhere else.

Grace was very rude to her already short-staffed employees who were working their butts off to keep everything running smoothly. Despite the pressure they were under, they continued to do their best, yet she showed no appreciation or patience. Instead of offering support or encouragement, Grace spoke to them in a condescending and dismissive tone, creating an uncomfortable and demoralizing environment for the team.

Great place, last time I was here this guy named Harvey took my order, amazing guy! Treated me with lots of respect, very kind & fun, lots of enthusiasm, and even said “while you’re waiting you can look at our baby bird’s in their nest right above you!” Great guy, will always be coming back

Beyond the WORST Freddy’s I’ve been to.
They prepared my lettuce wrap like a hot dog with sauce all over the place. Zero apologies, but I was able to get a refund. Nothing offered- I will not be back.
