I placed my order as usual and got something completely different than what I originally ordered. Strike 1. I stated what my order was again but to the guy who had made my drink and he stated, "Oh! That's not on there," while showing me the cup. My response was, "I don't work here". There's no way for me to know what it should say. He goes to put caramel on top of my drink, which is again, not what I stated was my order. Strike 2. They messed up my drink twice and offered to remake it. I was just done and stated I wanted a refund. The attitude of the male barista was so off putting. He rushed to the register and handed me a receipt that wasn't even for my order. I just left without my drink and am super disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. It may have been the time or the day, but this interaction ruined this location for me. Don't go to this location if you value high quality service.

First time ever experiencing such service where baristas donât even greeting you, just quietly accepting order with mean face. The young guy that made my iced matcha latte was rude too, just placed the drink not even looking at me without any single word and throwing a straw on a counter. Never ever will I get something from there even though I am frequently shopping at this location.

Working at a sports bar on Super Bowl Sunday we expect to be slammed. A coworker trying to be nice, stopped by this location to get 13 drinks to make everyoneâs day a little better. With NO line, the employees looked at the list of drinks, one asked the other if they âwanted to make themâ she said no, and they refused to make them. Unbelievably rude. Working in the industry, I would never turn a customer away simply bc I was feelin too lazy to give them service. First time at this location, wonât be returning. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I wanted to use my stars to buy cups for Christmas gifts. They wouldnât allow me to do so through the drive thru. There was no accessible parking that would fit my sons wheelchair ramp. When I finally managed to get inside, chairs were blocking access from even accessing the cups with his wheelchair. Staff was very unfriendly and in accommodating
