First time dining in at Touchy Taco and it was disappointing. One of our tacos was announced as a fried avocado taco even though we ordered chicken. When we tried to clarify, staff were dismissive and later insisted it was chicken. Because of the confusion, we didn’t touch the taco. The situation felt frustrating and poorly handled, especially while managing two small kids.

It's nice to have vegetarian options readily available. I am always thankful for that. Easy options and suggestions for kids too is very thoughtful.
The kiosk makes taking items off really easily and makes it very transparent what it comes with originally. No, I don't want tots, yes I do want escabeche!!
Horchata in the drink machine! That's a mega win for me.

I've loved Torchys since I first visited one while interning in Houston, TX. Some say we come to this one too often but we love it. My go-to is a trashy trailer park, can't miss out on the green chili queso and chips either. My husband has tried almost every taco on the menu, his go-to is the republican and then usually the taco of the month at least once, sometimes the mr orange.
We love coming during the summer and sitting outside on the patio where it's a lot quieter, the music inside along with some of the machines behind the bar is just too much noise for a conversation to be had.

I’m still giving a 5 star because everyone here was great. People should pay attention and's not touch other people’s orders. The manager was very upset that someone had taken my to go order (50$) and thy had to remake. He was great with me. Maybe there needs to be a code you punch for your order like at little Cesar’s. All in all. Fantastic food and great survive!
