Went throw the drive thru yesterday afternoon, we was asked to pull and waited almost 20 minutes as we watched 4 cars leave the drive thru as 3 of us was made to wait. All 3 of our beef and Cheddar's look like this, the gyro wasn't even put together,no sauce and the bread was hard it broke in half and couldn't bite into it. We also got 2 honey mustard wraps, no sauce on either one the chicken was maybe a 1/4 of a tender and it also hard you couldn't eat. We spending also 40 dollars. He could took us to Applebee's for what we paid and got a hole meal. I remember why I don't go here over priced fasted food you cannot eat.

Flat out nasty, ordered in drive thru, burger you couldn't even chew it has sat so long, soggy bun. It's so bad I will never eat here again. At least have some pride in your work

I would love to give this place 5 stars but I can't my food was horrible today. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I rushed thru the drive thru here ordered the chicken sandwich combo, it was cold and burnt! I was so disappointed and my curly fries were gross. However the young lady that waited on me was wonderful! 5 stars for the staff. Get it together with your food.

Very good food. Friendly staff. The problem I had was the extra food to add to your combo was very expensive. One combo and hallepeno bites was over $18.00. combo by itself was $12. I guess I am used to $10 lunches now.
Fast food places seem to be very inconsistent with getting orders correct around Wheelersburg, but Arby's usually gets ours right. The food is decent for the most part.

We went through the drive through and get the worst service ever! The young girl was rude and when my husband went in because they forgot the sauce and she completely filled a bag full 9f sauces and rolled her eyes as she gave ot to him. Our food wasn't much better fries are cold and hard and my sandwich was really dry.
