I put an order in online. Got to the drive thru and was immediately asked to wait a moment. That was fine but then 10 minutes later they finally asked to take my order. I give my info and am told to pull around. I then wait another 5 minutes to get to the window. Once at the window i was ignored for 2 minutes. They finally bring a bag over and want me to pay. I give my name and they bring me a bag. All my food was there but now it is cold and nasty.

I went in to wait to order food and was left standing there while they were too busy taking care of the drive-thru.your counter should be your main focus. I also went thru the drive thru an they skiped me.

I asked TWICE for my cheesy tots and mozzarella sticks to be COOKED LIGHTLY due to dental work being done. Both times they were hard as bricks. The second time worse than the first. They were cooked so long that there were no inners left, everything was cooked to a crisp. I took both orders back. Never again Wheelersburg, Ohio.

I just pulled out of the drive thru because I watched 5 cars that came after me get served while I sat at the speaker. The food is pretty good but do better. Why am I watching people who got in line after me get their order taken and have to wait for an entire line to clear out including the people that were behind me. You've lost a customer for a while.
