Visited this location at night and it was very confusing to get into the lot in the dark. I would suggest having the signage by the street instead of further back. Other than that it was great. We went thru the drive thru and service was friendly and fast. Ice cream was delicious!

Came through the drive through tonight 4/17/2025 for some ice cream didn’t know I’d land myself in SOMC for an allergic reaction. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and husband ordered a Reese’s blizzard. Both of us received Reese’s ice cream. Two bites and I was choking and having a reaction. I’m deathly allergic to peanuts and this was a very close call. Y’all need to get your crap together before you kill someone!!!

DQ may hire alot of Young/High School kids but These employee's are 99% more reliable, pays closer attention and will hardly ever mess up and order. And That speaks Volumes when it comes to Fast Food. These kids either Value their jobs or DQ has the Best training techniques in the History of Fast Food.

My husband and I had the most pleasant experience at the Wheelersburg DQ yesterday. We were greeted with a big smile and friendly attitude from Joshua. They weren’t real busy due to the time of day so Joshua was in the dining area working on cleaning, not just tables but the pop machine area. He then brought our meals which were nice and hot and then prepared and brought our sundaes. They are lucky to have such a hard worker that is so very personable. Kudos to you Joshua!
Got the chicken strip basket. It was cold fries were nasty and the bread was just regular sliced bread thin and cold. Definitely not the texas toast it was supposed to have

Honestly, the fact that I was served not one, but two blizzards with spoiled ice cream is ridiculous. For nearly $5 for a mini you'd think you'd get good ice cream. I did get it replaced once, the second I was just done and didn't bother. Yall suck.
