Placed a mobile order that cost about $28. Got home and they shorted us a 3pc chicken strip basket with onion rings. Called to have the order fixed so we could pick up what we paid for. Had to tell my issue to three different people, 2 of which were managers, then I was told that they were convinced that my order was correct, insinuating that I was lying. I offered to take pics to show them that what I got and my receipt did not match. My husband then got on the phone and spoke with the area manager and she decided to fix our order. I AM DONE WITH FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS!!!! Food is over priced, they never get your food right and the service sucks!!!! Unfortunately DQ is not the only restaurant like this these days.

Owner, District Manager, and General Managers are rude and selfish. They have wrongfully fired many employees for personal reasons instead of work related issues, they act like highschoolers with their drama, they never address issues in an appropriate manner. Be VERY cautious of each member of the management team if you choose to work their. Keep your head low and don't share your opinion because it will come back and bite you. Honestly not worth the $12 an hour.

Stopped in for lunch while traveling on vacation.2 adults & 3 kids. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The young man who took our order suggested some meals for the kids that included a sundae which was perfect. The food came out quick. The food was great ( 2 hot dogs, 2 chicken platters, and bacon ranch burger) and dessert (4 sundaes and a shake) was delicious. If we are ever in this area again I will definitely eat here again.

I would seriously give -10 if I could on their service, food, attitude so so rude they think they are better than customers who come through to order food it's the absolutely most embarrassing restaurant in Wheelersburg or for that matter any restaurant I have ever been to.
