I do not know if Firehouse has switched ownership or what has happened, but the last couple of times I have ordered from there have been less than desirable. The first time, I asked for my pizza to be cut into pie shapes instead of squares, nothing huge but my kids like it better that way. When we picked up the food, it was cold and the pizza was cut into squares. The next time I ordered, the girl at the counter acted like I was inconveniencing her by being there. Sat my order down on and counter and didn’t say “there ya go” or “kiss my @$$” or anything. The footers were burned, the Italian sub I ordered was a ham sandwich without any trace of Italian dressing, and the grilled chicken salad had mostly brown lettuce. Used to love this place but officially done. Gave it 2 stars for how it used to be.

Seems like every time I order from here they always tend to get something wrong. Even though I always order the simplistic of orders. They still seem to mess it up. The manager was kinda rude. Manager is just as good at managing than the last manager. I don’t complain often and I used to love their food.But, this place has just gone down hill and needs better management and crew members.

Its my goto spot when the dragster is running, always go there before a race.

I live in TN but my family is in South Webster. Over the past few years I have gotten pizza from here with no issue. While visiting a few days ago, I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 regular and 1 with everything. $74.00 for 2 pizzas. I could not believe what I heard. They charged for every item rather than like every other restaurant on the planet who have a set price for a pizza with all the veggies. I cancelled the order and the Manager actually criticised me because they started making them. They even tried to charge me ( which I will contact a lawyer) worst n most bizarre experience of my life. Total crook's. Thank God a person from there also opened a restaurant to give the people who live there an option to not be ripped off. Very disgusting people running that place.

I stopped and got some hamburger buns, higher price than other places and then I noticed this place charges tax on them, only place in this area that I know of that does. In Ohio food is exempt from tax, someone needs to tell the people running this place, or they need to pay better attention.
