gave it another try this past weekend because we use to love Fred's. It took us 25 minutes at the front desk for someone to acknowledge us. (if we hadn't driven 45 minutes to get there we'd left but we were trying one more time) Once we got seated we did not have a waitress for a bit. she finally took our order and we asked for silverware only for her to respond "if i can find some" When she did bring it 2 of the 3 forks still had food on them from the previous diners. Food was not good, fries were burnt and grease soaked. We asked our waitress what happened to the fries and she said they were hiding on me. We asked to speak to a manager and after a while one came out. We asked if that was the way they presented food and they responded "yea, i don't order the fries here unless I cook them myself" The manager did knock off some of our bill for the food we couldn't eat but we will not be back. The old Fred's we once loved apparently is gone forever.

Extremely nice people working there very good food. Awesome decor. Needs improvement on sidewalk and restrooms they are not up to par in the special needs category but I was told they will fix the problems and I honestly believe they will.

My family and I have been coming here for years. We live about 1 1/2 hrs away, but it is typically worth the drive. But today was a sad exception. Service was pretty slow for the lack of guests in the restaurant. Stromboli was ok, but not wonderful, the fries that came with our stromboli were cold and grease soaked, almost likened to a wet noodle.We also could overhear staff talking about cleaning tables and how it wasn't their table, so they weren't cleaning it.Tonight showed a huge lack of teamwork and was a disappointment for us.

We ordered 2 Alfredo’s which came with 2 salads and a deep fried banana peppers, it took 50 minutes for a salad, then another 25 for the rest. And I did not care to much for the food. The place was dirty and looked like it had not been properly cleaned and sanitized. I can’t say I will be coming back.

Stop in for my first ever Fred's pizza and Megan's was the best hands down great service. We had a lite issue but promptly took care of it.. the pizza was delivered quickly and deliciously.. We did have a few green olives ?

Just got pizza and bread sticks from Freds in Wheelersburg. It was the worst pizza we've had in a long time. I don't think they put any sauce on it and the bread sticks were not what Freds have always been. Don't know why they changed everything but it was a waste of $39. Which is much more than other pizza places charge for the same amount of food. Really disappointed.

They were extremely quick here...however, the sauce could use help; it tastes just like tomato paste and water. Please help it! Other than that, you guys also need to watch your counter more: I stood there about 5 minutes just waiting for someone to say, "I'll be right with you," or something like that. I had what appeared to be delivery drivers ignoring me, and that was rather rude! Not even a "Hi or Hello"! It seems your drivers need to be trained for taking orders too!
