I shop at several different locations but this one tends to be extremely unpleasant - and I live right here by it. I go out of my way for other Kroger locations and tonight was a great example as to why. I walked in 5 minutes until close and was told I had to leave because they close at 10:55 to shut registers when I’ve been there late in the past without this issue.They also close the doors early on a regular basis. There is always someone harassing you at the door telling you that they close when there’s still an hour left. They have someone that will stand there and manually open and close doors. & they announce on the intercom that the time is different than it really is to get people to leave.This experience was extremely disrespectful. My last straw for this location. I will not be back.

Kroger is fine, but prices are rising. The digital coupons always say they are expired. I don't know why their self checkout is so small and slow. Kroger needs to borrow Walmart's self checkout!

Very nice and friendly people except for one lady. Other than that, they have pretty good deals on food, especially if you have the Kroger's app.
I just went into this Kroger at 8:00 pm. All checkout lanes are closed and there is one bagger not doing anything and a young girl also not doing anything at the self checkouts on 1-8-2024 at 8:20pm. An older man with a cart full of groceries had to ASK if someone could check him out. The girl was very rude to him and said she would have to call someone from the back if he really needed it and he was waiting and waiting until he said he would just do the self checkout himself and asked if he can do it with so many items , she was rude and called to the back to say “he’s just doing it himself I guess” . It looked very difficult with all his items and it kept saying wait for assistance and again the young girl was very rude to him every time. Just ridiculous. At most they have 1 lane open, today it was zero!! And there were multiple workers in the store. I’m fine with using the self checkout but not when you have a full cart of groceries like he did and had to ask for a worker.
