I use the mobile app bc you can get good deals, well I made an order and spent some of my rewards and I didn't get my 2 apple pies and mu sandwich was fixed wrong and they wouldn't fix it. One lady said she would write my name down I'm the book but 3 days later another lady said they couldn't help.

I don't think I have ever been through the drive thru and not have had to pull up and wait on my order. This would be a little more acceptable if the food were fresh, but most of the time it is not. I do not blame the workers, I believe this is a management/ownership issue.
Most recently, we had to wait over 20 minutes after arriving for an order that was placed 10-15 minutes before we arrived.
Also, whether the order is going to be correct is 50/50.

McDonald's in Wheelersburg Ohio needs help . Workers are super rude. They rushed me to order my food two Times in a row. I had separate orders for others in the car. They kept rushing me , being rude and giving sighs when we was trying to order. I do not appreciate this behavior when spending alot of money. Please encourage your employees to treat customers with some respect and give us time to place our order. And they forgot napkins. Thanks

How in the world do you get a Big Mac wrong?... The top bun looks so nice but it was hard.. it was stale... And when she handed it through the window I never heard her voice. Not even a smile. Who is training these people? Anyway, I won't be going back there

You can't even refill your own drink here you have to wait on someone to get unbusy then decide to turn around and help you just get a second drink that's ridiculous McDonald's

We ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes for our boys and added 2 extra sausage and 1 extra egg.
My husband gets home and they only gave us the sausage…. Literally just 2 sausage patties. 🙂
He goes back, tells them and comes home.
They ONLY gave us eggs, not even extra, just one.
So now we’ve paid for and waited an hour to get not only messed up food but went back and waited for just a side of eggs. Tried to call but seems like someone is just answering the phone to hang up with a loud screeching noise. 👍🏼

To the 12 year old working the register: please do not give me a nasty attitude when I ask for my order to be correct. Ordered a bagel with extra sauce, and planned to come pick up inside because I predicted (correctly) that as always, I wouldn't receive that request, and wanted to be able to quickly get my extra sauce that I knew would be missing. Since my bagel has literally NO sauce, I asked for 2 cups of sauce (1 for what was missing, 1 for the extra ordered). After trying to charge me an extra dollar for something I already should have received, I said I would like to just have them for free considering they would have been free/already included on my sandwich if it was just made as ordered. More attitude, then goes back and throws a literal half cup of sauce at me. I am getting really sick of never, EVER, EVERRRRRR getting extra sauce when requested, and I absolutely do not appreciate rudeness from a child for trying to get what I already paid for.
