We ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes for our boys and added 2 extra sausage and 1 extra egg.
My husband gets home and they only gave us the sausage…. Literally just 2 sausage patties. 🙂
He goes back, tells them and comes home.
They ONLY gave us eggs, not even extra, just one.
So now we’ve paid for and waited an hour to get not only messed up food but went back and waited for just a side of eggs. Tried to call but seems like someone is just answering the phone to hang up with a loud screeching noise. 👍🏼

Terrible service, didn't have my order for curb side pickup, had to go in and show them my app and then they had to make my order. It was just chaos.

To the 12 year old working the register: please do not give me a nasty attitude when I ask for my order to be correct. Ordered a bagel with extra sauce, and planned to come pick up inside because I predicted (correctly) that as always, I wouldn't receive that request, and wanted to be able to quickly get my extra sauce that I knew would be missing. Since my bagel has literally NO sauce, I asked for 2 cups of sauce (1 for what was missing, 1 for the extra ordered). After trying to charge me an extra dollar for something I already should have received, I said I would like to just have them for free considering they would have been free/already included on my sandwich if it was just made as ordered. More attitude, then goes back and throws a literal half cup of sauce at me. I am getting really sick of never, EVER, EVERRRRRR getting extra sauce when requested, and I absolutely do not appreciate rudeness from a child for trying to get what I already paid for.

Made us pull forward and wait for the most basic order. Big Mac and nuggets. If my kid didn’t like it I’d never eat here. Service sucks.

Third, is maybe Edgar. You have a fifty-fifty chance of having hot fresh food. The biggest issue is when you run through the drive through and seems like 90% of time. They ask you, can you pull a round And they will bring your food out. I thought this was fast food. So you have to stop 3 times before you get your food

17 minutes waiting on a happy meal, cheeseburger and one medium fry is completely unacceptable. One vehicle was in front of me that had already been pulled waiting longer than me and their order ended up being wrong. This is no longer fast food. Hurry up to order, hurry and pay and hurry to wait.

This started to be a 3 star and has now plummeted to a 1 star. I will never return to this McDonalds again. I already thought the restaurant was slow as it is, but today was even more horrendous and helped me decide to just eat elsewhere. I arrived at McDonalds at 11AM, ordered my food at the kiosk because the cashiers are so slow. I ordered my food, waited 25 minutes while those who ordered after me were already leaving the restaurant. I became impatient because there was no reason for my order to be taking so long. I asked an employee where my order was, they said my order was lost but then found and apologized for the inconvenience. Management is rude as can be to their employees, if you have a high turnover rate then I’m really not surprised. Brought my food home and find out that my 1/4 pounder was undercooked. 25 minutes for undercooked food. Not sure who runs this location, but they need to find a way to improve order times, locations of the orders and food temperature. At least I won’t have to wait in a long line that goes out on to the main road anymore so this is a bit of a blessing.
Waited 40 minutes on my mobile ordered food for breakfast while multiple people ordered at the front and got their food within 10 minutes. Had to leave without my food because it took so long. Waisted 40 minutes and $20.

Service has declined year after year as well as the quality of food. It’s a shame as they used to be good. I had given this location 5 stars years ago but now it’s not worth eating here anymore.

I was there at 10:15 this morning they said they were out of sausage burritos which is fine. So I ordered the steak egg an cheese meal pull around pay wait 10 min in line pull up to next window an proceeds tell me they were out of bagels an if anything else would work I said OK a bun is fine, then turns around an tells.me there out of steak an ask if I'd like anything instead at this point I'm just aggrevated telling her I don't even know at this point an she says is a bacon egg an cheese ok which I replied I guess so.. long story short paid $11 dollars for a $2 sandwich didn't offer my money back gave me the bag an the sandwich was a totally different egg 3 pcs bacon so disappointed an will not eat breakfast there again
