I ordered a cake online on Sunday to be ready on the following Saturday. On that Saturday, 35 minutes before we were to pick it up, they called and said they didn't have the kit we ordered. They also said the manager of the bakery dept had called the day before. I'm sorry but with modern technology and caller ID, I can say with absolute certainty that they did not call. So, we were left having to take whatever they gave us or go without a cake for my daughter's birthday. Never again will I order anything from Kroger bakery, online or in person.
