Extremely rude, I usually love coming here because it’s close to home and the staff is usually very nice but I’ll start making the trip to ashland from now on. I shouldn’t have to reach behind the counter to get my 3 drinks, nor have 4 people who ordered after me get their drink & leave before one of mine even comes out. As a public service worker myself I understand the holidays are rough but there’s no reason for the attitude as I was patiently waiting and hadn’t said a word. Hopefully something gets done, people have bad days but when you have a nice customer be nice back.

Never. Never have i been able to consitantly get a coffee the way i order it. Today I ordered a tall and was told its actually a small. Not to mention my coffee is not what i ordered.

Not sure why they leave one brand new person in the store alone. She told me my Starbucks acct wouldn’t work because it’s not a corporate store???? Very wrong when I can use my acct to order any other day at your store? Educate your employees or don’t leave them alone with no way to contact you for help. If you can’t use your points what’s the point in having an account?? And why did my points work any other day but they just magically don’t work today?

I collect Starbucks Tumblers and also I'll call my cousin and see if she wants any. The worker came from behind the counter to look at the ornament/Keychain after I looked at them. Then asked me if I decided not to get it. I told her that I already had it, I was just looking because I was shocked at the amount they had. When I tried to use my reusable cup, she said they only do that in January. Not true at all. She thought I was stealing and she treated me poorly. Horrible experience but an amazing selection of merch.
Parking: The Kroger parking lot is spacious and parking should never be an issue.

The drinks were completely wrong they put lemonade in our dragon drinks and continued to make the drinks incorrectly after going back to get the order fixed

I'm at the wheelersburg Starbucks daily sometimes 3x a day. ( I love pink drinks) I've been trying food, and have yet to be disappointed. The staff are wonderful these girls have become more like friends I see during the week.Items are always fresh, and I will choose this location over any other around me.Thank you for ALWAYS having such wonderful customer care.

me and my daughter went to Starbucks on 4-16-2023 around 7:45 PM. The girl taking her order was too busy talking to her boyfriend on the phone the whole time while she had multiple customers in line and then after she starts making drinks that no one ordered she came over and asked us what we finally ordered again after we already paid still on the phone the whole time it’s been 10 minutes walk back around still on the phone, guess that boyfriend phone calls that important

I just want to say that the manager there is the rudest person.. When I asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes at me then told me she would yell for me when she had the time to give me my receipt..
