Ordered three subs for dinner, to go. All three hard as rocks. Employees were very rude. Admitted the food was hard and they served it, anyway. Said that they were out of a lot of stuff and stated that all bread was hard and they knew it! Then refused to refund/replace with anything that may be better. Wouldn’t refund and said to see the store manager tomorrow. It’s tonight’s dinner! Ridiculous. Got some food, after a battle. Never going back to this location.

Very bad service, management was yelling at other workers when they had a full house. It took them an hour to make 3 subs that I called ahead of time for them to make. I go to pick up n still was not made. A worker went out of her way to fix n got yelled at after I been waiting almost an hour. Poor management.

I visited tonight and last night around 8pm and was very happy with both visits. Sandwichs were fresh and made just right, the service was excellent. I witnessed another customer being very difficult and rude to the employee making her sandwich and wanted to give my own feedback because I frequent this location and have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences, especially in the evenings, day shift isn't always as friendly.

We stopped in yesterday to order, the older woman, presumably training the younger staff members, is absolutely insufferable. You don’t have to talk down to people like that, they’re perfectly capable of being trained without you subjecting them to whatever pent up aggression you have from being bullied in high-school. Do better, because you suck at your job, and for the younger staff members, please leave this establishment and go somewhere else where you’ll be trained and treated properly.

Did a to go order and for the third time now they have made our order incorrectly and left out sandwiches. When I called back to request the sandwich that had been forgotten the lady in the phone was very rude and did not even want to speak to me about making the missing sandwich. I told her what the sandwich was and that I needed it to be made and that we would be back to pick it up. She was rude and made me repeat what the sandwich was suppose to be three times. Going to get the sandwich now so let’s hope it is made and no more issues. I will not be ordering from them anytime soon.

Dustin is ABSOLUTELY 💯 amazing 👏🏻he had such a great personality and was super nice. He wrote HIS/HERS on our subs, so we would know without us even asking him to!!! Made.my sub exactly the correct way & it was absolutely delicious 😋 10/10 I recommend!!!

The one nigh shift male employ was very rude and keep messing my order up and kept blaming it on me and keep saying thats what you told me like dude i know what i told you very unprofessional definitely will never be going back there i almost walked out if you can't treat costumers with respect maybey look for a different job not to mention he didn't seem very clean on he's hygiene

Placed a mobile order. I set the pickup time for 45 minutes out. They proceeded refuse to make the order and were active bad mouthing the order as I walked in to pick it up. It was only once I walked in did they start to begrudgingly make the order.

So when I was at your subway someone called me me the n word and I got a sandwich and it gave me food poisoning and I would like to talk to the guy who said come over to my place for a get time I am 13 years old

The food was really good, and they loaded my sandwich up nice. My problem was the woman at the cash out spot. I picked up an online order and she was rude toned with me. She slammed my sandwich and drink on the counter and walked away. I still said thank you and she just said “no problem” very unamused. I never have had this problem, hopefully it was just for today.

We ordered from here and they mixed up the sandwiches. When we asked for them to be fixed they said no. We had to make 4 trips to get the right sandwiches and they only fixed 3 out of the 4 sandwiches that we paid money for. The customer service was horrible, they wouldn’t fix their mistake and we Paid for a sandwich we never got.
