I called in and placed an order for a steak and cheese sub to go. When I got back to work, I was given a toasted sub that I didn't order. Not only that but the meat was cold and the sub was burnt. I contacted the Wheelersburg Subway and spoke with the manager to complain. She told me to bring the sandwich back to her store. I explained that I only had 30 for lunch and couldn't return the sandwich. Her suggestion was to hold on to it and bring it back in later. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the food in the condition I requested it. I am beyond disappointed with the service that I received and have decided to never purchase from this Subway again.

I have been to this Subway three times for the past three Months. Each time I placed my order on the online order app. I always go to restaurants after the lunch rush hour is usually over to not get caught in a long line and have to wait.When I place my order at this Subway it usually takes about 15 minutes to get there after ordering.Two times the Subs were ready but the last time they were not ready yet and they were getting the Subs made when I got inside.I looked pass this since they were busy and they did apologize for the wait which I find very professional.For the Subs I have ordered here they have always been very good. Soft fresh sub buns and the meat is always fresh also. We have ordered the Roast Beef, Roasted Turkey Sub with added Bacon and the Spicy Italian.Yes sometimes the wait seems long when people are making up their minds on what they want on the subs while the staff makes them but that's not the fault of the employees. As we all know a lot of restaurants are short staffed nowadays so thank them for sticking it out when they are working overtime to get the job done.Update: On May 3rd ordered another Roast Beef and Roasted Turkey Subs on the Subway app at this Subway and was in and out within minutes of getting there ( between 1:00 and 2:00pm ). Subs and Sub Buns were soft and fresh and a friendly Staff. So if you have a hunger for a Sub this is the place to go.Just remember to be patient if you go here around Lunch time, Can be a little busy but that means they have good food.

This place did a great job! The were very receptive of my service dog and they were also really fast! I am glad to find a good subway, considering that I live behind one and will never go there again.
The only thing was the sandwich woman didn't have a very good attitude felt bad for the guy working with her

Congratulations in failing a repeated customer. I ordered 2 sandwiches online and picked them up at the pickup window. At home I noticed that both sandwiches were missing the cheese. Upon calling I had a mid-aged female employee hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation. I only sent care about the incorrect order but much rather about the disrespectful action of hanging up the phone. Not returning.

Ordered online today and was suppose to be ready by 1:05. Got there, was told to pull around front, it would be another 20 mins. When I finally get our food, 55 mins in total from time order was placed, our salads were the saddest excuse for a salad I have ever seen. Barely anything in our bowls. Our order was only 2 salads and a 6inch. I could have made it myself in that time period and would have at least made it a full salad.Seriously disappointed and will not be back!!
