I have placed an order on the app three weeks in a row at this store. All three weeks my order has been just completely hacked up and wrong. Three weeks I ask for no Sour cream among other add-ons on the app. I get basically the regular item without my add-ons and extra sour cream. I have thrown close to $60 worth of food away because of the addition of sour cream. It is absolutely pathetic that people can't follow simple instructions and make your food properly and nobody says or does anything about it from management. It would take a miracle for me to ever change this rating even back to a 2.

I've had breakfast at many Taco Bells but the day shift crew here are the worst. I went in order, the guy just stood there looking at his phone, he waited on the person I was with, I stepped up to register he walked away to the back pulled out his phone then started messing with boxes. I announced "I am ready to order", I got an "Oh" then walked back to register. Was I Ghosting him? What the Hell?
As with every other fast food service in Wheelersburg, you can always expect disgusting, cold food at any time of the day. They also charge extra for Avocado sauce and then don't give it to you. You will be left hungry, and with less money. Avoid like the plague.
