I waited more than ten minutes before the lady that was preparing the food even acknowledge I was standing there an said we will get to you shortly, I waited another five or so minutes an I left terrible

We waited in dining room 15 minutes. 4 cars went in and out drive-thru. I went up to check on our food they hadn't even started it. Although the food was good it was hard getting anyone to bring sauce packs or even acknowledge we were there.

Went in, person who was to wait on me had a friend in there helping to count her friends change and ignored me for several minutes then acted like I had bothered her to have to ask me what I wanted. The girl with change was in there hanging out, not a worker or at least not working at time,(on customer side and wearing regular clothes). Then I told girl pop didn't taste right, she just stood there looking at me funny. The friend told her to see if it needed changed out and then they said it was fine and kinda made fun of.me when I said it didn't taste like Pepsi. If I hadn't already paid for my food I would have walked out.? very rude girls. So I give customer service at Wheelersburg a 0.

We had breakfast there driving through. It was the coldest inside of a store/restaurant I have ever experienced. Normally, this doesn’t bother me one bit, but it was very odd. I’ve been in warehouses that were warmer in the winter.This was my first time having breakfast at Taco Bell. The dishes with steak were really good. However, the ones with bacon were cold it was bacon bits from a salad.The food per price ratio per quality was Below expectations. I will try to pack my breakfast Next time I have a long distance early morning trip.

Ordered a crispanada box with an extra empanada, but apparently they dont make empanadas, even though i received one with the box like i should, dumb worker apparently couldnt understand that i just wanted an extra. 3rd time ive tried to do this and have either not gotten it or told they dont serve it, food dosent taste bad but the workers dont know how to do their jobs or dont speak english, either way im very disappointed, go to literally any other food chain.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My bank card was messed up and they waited patiently without acting hostile or mean to me. I recommend this place to anyone! Most of the time people act as if you are doing something personally towards them if you have a problem with your card or something. They were really nice to me.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered food for delivery and they gave me a completely wrong order and when I tried to call and have them fix it they let it ring and then picked the phone up and sat it down so it wouldn’t ring anymore. So unprofessional. Do not go here!

Came through the drive thru at 9:30pm ordered a family size order came to be around $38. Went to pull off and realized I had maybe $12 worth of food. Now mind you I literally pulled straight back through with only 1 car in front of me to let them know they forgot my food. Well I got to the window and "the manager" came to the window and proceeded to accuse me of "stealing food" smfh. I showed him my bag and everything in it so he proceeded to tell me he packed it himself and he knows I received what was missing. Knowing damn good and well he didn't put my food in my bag. So here I am out $40 to a pos manager who probably wants a raise. It's okay I found his name ??
