I live in this area and have been to this Arby’s for the last 5-6 years today I ordered four buffalo sliders, the Classic roast beef meal, and jalapeño poppers as well as a chicken sandwich I asked for a side of cheese at the window because I forgot to get it like I always do. I was charged a dollar for half a cup of cheese when I told the manager when I normally come that cup is full he told me he does not make the prices and charge me another dollar for another half a cup of cheese. This is outrageous and I know this is a small matter, but I definitely feel like it was totally unfair. All he had to do is take the original cup and put a little more cheese in it and believe it or not because there wasn’t just a bit of generosity. I will no longer be going there. Thanks but no thanks.

My boyfriend and I used to love coming to this location in Whitehall. Lately not so much. There was a really beautiful soul that worked here named Ashley. She was always greeting customers with a smile and very professional when working. Ashley usually worked evenings and lately I have not seen her there. I miss the customer service from her always quick and polite! I really hope and pray Ashley comes back. Past few experiences have been absolutely awful with this whitehall location. There is a manager named Brad that is just mean and nasty to the customers that come inside to eat. I witnessed him being this way with a couple in front of us today. Then an employee even came from the kitchen to act like he was going to fight the husband of the couple after the husband and wife was polite trying to get their order replaced. The husband quickly put Brad and Dustin in their place and walked outside to deescalate the situation. Both men continued to cuss at the woman who stayed to tried to get a refund and then they had the audacity to not give them their correct food or refund smh. Very sad to see such poor customer service! Ashley would have handled this situation so differently. I really hope she comes back. We miss her greatly

My orders are wrong 2 outa 3 times. Whenever I go during the day for lunch I go inside to fix my order and there is always this dude named Brad that is a punk. I am only 17 years old and supposedly he is the GM. When I asked for the manager because he was being very disrespectful Brad acted as if he owned the store even gettin loud with me and telling me I didn’t order what I did. After I clearly showed him the receipt Brad never apologized that he was wrong and told guy in back to make my sandwich again and went to the back after giving me a look of disgust. I don’t understand how Arby’s could put someone like Brad in charge of a store with such poor customer service. Bring the manager Ashley back to the main st. Whitehall location asap please. The atmosphere and food was so much better with her there! Get rid of this GM Brad he is truly running this Arby’s store into the ground!!

Due to medical issues I have been having I cannot really eat, so I really enjoy the Jamaica shake ! However today me and my husband ordered my jamocha shake he ordered some food I noticed my shake tasted like vanilla it was not the usual jamocha I get, his sandwich is supposed to be double meat with cheese it was single and no cheese so I went in to replace my food, the GM Brad argue with me about my shake he would not even taste to make sure! you could clearly see it was not jamocha.. I'd also showed them my sandwich they tried to say I was wrong so I showed them my receipt because it was running up correctly. They proceeded to cuss verbally abused very poor customer service one employee tried to come over the counter to fight.. I had called police officers! they refused to give a refund or even make my food correctly... I will never go back as long as Brad is working there ... Brad being a general manager should have way better customer service skills and a better attitude I cannot even believe they would put someone like him as a manager... As I'm looking at other reviews here he is something needs to be done he should not be working in customer service at
