I eat here weekly it’s usually great. This last time not so much my whole order was wrong didn’t realize it until I got home of course I called. They wanted me to bring it all back for a refund! I was too far and explained that. Guy I spoke with didn’t really care.

I online ordered to be picked up at 11:15. I got there and they were out of biscuits which is what I ordered. The manager explained that they were short staffed and had gotten really busy with online orders. She was professional and actually cared about my order. I give her a 5 star but as for the store I’ll give four even though I had to wait. They did the best they could and the manager was great.

I worked for Bob Evans for a few years in my late teens and I always love the food I couldn't wait for lunch time everything was always delicious for some reason there's always something off this is the second time that I've gotten off of work and just wanted breakfast and decided to go to Bob Evans and the same location I went the first time and they forgot the bacon this time the potatoes weren't done and I just wish that they would put a little more pride and quality into what they're sending out the door cuz Bob Evans is historic for breakfast when I think about breakfast I think about Bob Evans and I just don't want them to lose their zest bring us back that great meal that we used to be able to always get from Bob Evans without fail

Staff arguing. Waited for 25 minutes at a non busy time. Manager conducting improper coaching and talk out loud. I'd recommend higher up do some investigating into this. Thanks.

Food is reliably good. I ordered my food for a timed picked up. It was ready, I suspect it had been sitting there for awhile (fries were cold).There was no dressing for the salad. No straws for the drinks. I ordered Pepsi. It might be Cherry Pepsi but it’s definitely not straight upPepsi. 2 clearly individual orders but only one set of utensils. I went back in and got everything, except the straws. I didn’t notice those were missing until I arrived at my destination to eat.

Unfortunately, we did not have a very good experience. Despite there only being one other set of guests ahead of us, we waited a while for seating, quite a long time for service, a very long time for food, and no refills or drinks until our meal was finished. The location was out of fruit and several sauces, therefore unable to serve several menu items.I understand there is a labor shortage and issues with supply chain. Our service issues did not seem to be related to either as others around us, who arrived after us, were served quickly and received refills, etc. Supply chain might explain the lack of some products.

I ordered the Slow roasted Turkey dinner. It looked good but it had gravy covering it. after very few bits I bit into something hard and chewy. I looked closer at the meat and found 2 more pieces that look like they had been sitting out for a few weeks. To look at it made me sick. I called the manager over; he gave us 20% off. I told him he shouldn't be serving food that looked this gross. He said, "It's fine I'd eat it." I told him here eat it. He said, "I can't it's on your plate." Then he walked a way.

Staff is always friendly. Food is tasty. The only reason I give it a 4 is that it was very loud in reasturant. (I know this is not their fault you can't always control your patrons).

Waited over an hour for our food only to watch the people who walked in 45min after us get their food first. Not cool Bob Evans! Please inform your severs to let their guest know if the food is going to be late to the table and why before you feed people who came in 45min after you did. We got up and walked out.

Walked in at around 3pm. We stood waiting to be sat for 5 minutes. This large guy near the front told us he would be right with us since the host disappeared. We finally got sat and waited and waited for our server. We finally were greeted by our server 10 minutes later who seemed to just have woken up, very messy and unorganized. They gave us our drinks but never gave silverware or napkins the entire time. We order, and some time goes by. 20 minutes passes and I’m starting to get hangry. After 35, I go up to the manager and I simply say “I ordered oatmeal (YES OATMEAL) over half an hour ago and I was checking to make sure the order went through” he looks at me and snaps “we at Bob evans make everything fresh from scratch so yes it will take time for it to be made” and turned back around without answering the question. 45 minutes went by and we ended up actually NEVER getting our food. Our server for some reason simply LEFT during their shift, might I add we were never given refills of water or napkins OR silverware during this entire time while we were in a dining hall with less than FIVE TABLES ACTIVE!!!!! After around 50 minutes of waiting for OATMEAL, YES OATMEAL!!! we got up and left. The people who were behind us in line waiting to be seated actually had already finished their meal and were leaving. When we told them we never had even gotten our food yet their mouths fell to the floor. They were already at the register paying for their meal after finishing and we haven’t even gotten a water refill OR oatmeal yet. Seriously the worst service I have ever experienced in the food industry and I have worked in this industry for many many years, so shameful. We ended up going to a Tim Hortons across the street and got lunch in less than FIVE MINUTES. This place might once have been special but the service is completely horrible, staff is rude, and I am only writing this because this is not the first, but SECOND horrible experience I have had at this location in the past month. During my last visit our entire order was messed up by the server and we were never given our right meal and were forced to pay for a meal we did not even order. Just save yourself the time and money and go to the Tim Hortons not even 50 feet away.

This location broke a record today. I waited for 20 minutes before anyone took my order for takeout. I observed one person checking out before me.And one individual. Came in afterward, who was waited on promptly. Mind you no one said anything as I stood there during that 20 minutes. And the manager (short stature) helped her with her bags out to the car, and he never came back.And five more minutes, more precisely @3:15pm my order was taken. Whoopee!! The waitress/Stephanie indicated that she was busy in back and that was why I had to wait so long.But at 4:20pm, I received my order.The cook did an exceptional job with the order, nothing was missing. The young lady who checked the order, did great, everything was verified for takeout. If I came at the wrong time please let me know.
