For there to be no cars in the driveway and every worker in here has a attitude is sad no food is fresh everyone in here needs better training on customer service skills the light skin girl with the glasses kept rolling her eyes after telling us it’s a 6minute wait for the food we waited 15 minutes this place is the worse if you don’t like your job DONT APPLY FOR THE POSITION there’s ppl out here struggling to find work and keep the job they have so to come here to spend my hard earned money at this establishment and get such terrible service it’s Beyoncé I will never ever return to this location don’t waste your time or your money. I went 8/10/25 at 2:30pm to get lunch . I work near the restaurant so i figured i would get a quick lunch right!! No.. i ordered my meal with a large lemonade. Never gave me my large lemonade. Waiting like 10mins for my meal..& drink. I had to ask for my drink & she gave a large cup no lemonade. I stand there waiting for my food!! The employees were inthe drive thur talking about me like i cnt hear u!!!! I will never be back again

I will NEVER buy from this Burger King again! My brother and I got there a little before 9 this evening. Even though they were still going to be open until midnight, they seemed to be preoccupied with pre-closing (I worked at fast food for several years). We had to repeat our order at least 4 times to the little white girl at the drive thru. Despite that, my order of two whopper meals was missing the fries and the burgers were dry and shrunken, almost like they were taken out of the trash and reheated. The order of onion rings was the same. I will be complaining to corporate about this because I wasted almost $30 buying garbage food with very poor service.

Got the Aadams family meal. Was displeased with how plain it really is. Along with how expensive it is. Got the churros which were ok but they didn't even give us the chocolate sauce which was really a big part of the excitement with the churros. The best thing was probably the shake to be honest. The advertisement for this thing has been confusing. Glad we tried it but I remembered tonight why I don't go to Burger King. If you're coming for the Aadams family meal it's really not worth it. Workers are nice here so don't get me wrong it's just the meals really aren't worth the hype or price.

If you have used your debit or credit card in the time frame given it is recommended that you review your bank statements. The manager has been stealing customers who have made purchases with a card to create unauthorized payments. Apparently your approved transactions failed to process an he has clarified that the customer is responsible for their banking error. I encourage anyone facing theft from burger king to review your personal accounts an report immediately an file charges with whitehall pd. Burger Corporate is unresponsive an uncooperative in this investigation. They have been contacted multiple times without any resolution. It doesn't matter what amount each individual has had stolen from them it only matters that burger king gave themselves permission to use customers credit an debit cards they were not authorized to use.
