This restaurant is in a great area I’m sure it gets plenty of business but! With Tracy McElroy there as GM that won’t last very long whatsoever!!! He’s so rude it’s ridiculous! My granddaughter just quit this job due to sexual harassment from the GM Tracy McElroy he’s supposedly engaged but the way he’s messing with those young girls up there he sure had me fooled !! If you go down on him he’s willing to get you a raise and more hours who would have thought ?! I’ve lived in Whitehall for 33 years and as long as that BK HAS BEEN OPEN IVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER! He hasn’t been manager for long and I pray it’s not much longer !

Number one,..Make sure your fries is hot before you leave the drive-thru windowNumber two...Make sure your drink is what it is cuz they sure won't tell you at all they most likely will think for you and assume you would take what they give you..Number three...You know when one of the crew is getting tired of you asking question even though you're right because then somebody else will come and wait on you.I decided not to do the surveyBecause it would not go no further then the restaurant itself...Now most restaurants have been closed down for what reason you never know but remember this crew members the ones who do not have patience the one who do not like to work the only reason the restaurant is open it's because of the customers who walks in the door that's how you get your paycheck yes you can say you get it from your boss for your boss get it from your manager your manager get it from CEO CEO get it from the customers that comes into the store so how about it treat your customers nice do your best make sure everything is right each of y'all have a part to play without us there would be no restaurant think about how some of restaurant closed down

The young man keyed my order incorrectly so the total was wrong. He insisted that it was right then a kind young lady informed him that the Whopper Jr's were 2 for 5. She corrected my total. I got down the road and realized they forgot my fries. Went back and got my fries no problem. The burger was the issue. It made my gums sting. Not sure if they use too much smoke flavoring on their burgers but this was enough to guarantee this will be our last time at this location. This locations food has declined greatly and some of the employees seem to lack proper training.

there's a girl who works at this location named STELLA Griffin my sister is pregnant and she went to the restroom while in there i was speaking to her on the phone because our father was in the hospital from a stroke i was waiting for her to get off work the girl stella did not like that my sister was in the bathroom too long and the girl got up in her face after she got out (close enough to smell and kiss her lips) and pushed my pregnant sister on the ground took her shirt off pulled her hair while punching her. the people there held my sister and let the girl hurt her im so amazed by how absolutly trashy and disgusting this is. (IF YOU DONT LIKE SOMEONE FIRE THEM PLAIN AND SIMPLE !!!!!!!!!!
