Poor customer service, employees have bad attitudes. Very unwelcoming when taking orders at the drive thru. You should greet customers, not say “ go ahead with your order “ food wasn’t hot. Put tomatoes on my impossible whopper even though I asked for no tomato. Also but cheese on my impossible whopper, it doesn’t even come with cheese
I ordered French toast sticks, didn’t get any syrup.
Team members need coaching on customer service and listening skills

Got the Monster bundle. It was overpriced, the chicken nuggets were over cooked, the ice cream are smaller than advertised and overall you barely get anything for $16

I made a mobile order 10 minutes before the advertised closing time and when approaching the drive through there was no one answering so I advanced to the first and second window and waited a few minutes but no one was there. I went to the front and took pictures of the employees that were still inside but not serving the customers. Finally one of them came to the window saying they are closed although even then it was still not the closing time. I told her I already paid for my food on the app and that they're still supposed to be open but she didn't care and just walked away. I had to leave without getting the food I already paid for

I sat there waiting for a half hour for two meals behind one person. I called him and the man was condescending and rude. He wouldn’t give me his name but said he was the manager. After waiting for half an hour they missed an entire meal. Terrible customer service. Terribly made food. A complete smart ass for a very simple solution.

Came in the morning & went through the drive thru, provided my code & the person on the mic was rude & kept saying the code didn’t work. I went inside & Johnny took my order, obviously frustrated from not being able to hear in the drive thru, took the order & didn’t ask me if it was for here or To go. I got my order on a tray & told the woman that it’s to go & she proceeded to speak to him in Spanish about the order & he said they never told me it wasn’t for here, I understood their exchange & their annoyance & addressed the woman at the counter about it & how rude it was to have the conversation in front of me in Spanish instead of correcting the issue. I will not be returning to this location since the staff is so rude during the breakfast shift.

No drink with order, ordered fries not onion rings, no marinara with mozzarella fries and missing a double cheeseburger. If you like spending money and not getting food I would 10/10 recommend this Burger King.

Pulled up at 8pm on a thursday: one car in front of me; that car and I waited 7 minutes for the one visible employee on the clock (not that employee's fault) to come back to headset and take that car's order.
Once I pulled up though, my order was taken immediately and served quickly. Drink was fine. 4/5 BK
