First I really like Captain Das. I go to the store in whitehall ohio often in fact, but what I experienced on March 14th at 1:00-1:35 pm and again at 8:00 - 8:35 pm was simply unacceptable and has me seriously considering if I will ever go back to that location again. We are experiencing tough economic times where every dollar counts for household. To be mistreated, yelled and cursed and and told what I gotta to in order to remedy an issue caused by the store simply just fair well with me as a community member and a frequent patron. Caution with this store - there service was below 1 star.

Friday night. Valentine’s Day. They were extremely busy . The restaurant had cars lined up to order or pick up door dash. The gentleman at the window and the female manager were polite and professional. They kept smiles on their faces even when most of their customers were being rude and and obnoxious Kudos to this crew Thank you for being kind and serving all of us

Ordered a fish sandwich. The lady at the window was polite but after a decent wait time I got fish that was either old or over cooked. The pointy ends of the fish were chewy like fish jerky. I hope this is just a fluke ☺️
