Food is decent but staff needs help.. i haven't heard a person thats sound like they wanna be there or even happy i waited 25 mins for them to tell me they didn't have items i ordered now im on my way to another restaurant..

I have always liked Captain D's and my favorite is their big fish sandwich. I haven't been in a while, so I ordered the battered dipped fish dinner/platter. They changed the fish because they are fish strips now. They used to be filets. The food was hot, fresh and good, just the fish of the fish was the problem. The service was good as well.

There is no dining room at this location. Other than that our food was cooked fresh, everything was hot. Service was really good too and our order was perfect! We asked for extra crispy bits and she was gracious and gave us a small box of them. She was into her job and made us smile.

This review is more about the person working the drive thru named Teena at the East Main Street location. She had the most cheerful energy and was very kind while we waited on our food. You never know what people are going through and she definitely put a smile on our faces. We need more Teena’s in the world. Also, give that woman a raise because her customer service was top tier.

Pulled in right around dinner time. There was a little bit of a wait. But it was well worth it. Lady working the window was very friendly and professional. Food was fresh and service was great. Thanks captain d's
Ordered chicken and fish with an extra chicken but when I got home the fish and chicken were delicious but the extra chicken looked like a complete different product was not happy with that had to throw it away!!

I ordered a three piece fish meal and the fish look like longs fish sticks, and it was greasy. The mac & cheese was not good. The only thing that was a little bit good was the green beans. Hush puppies was nasty. I used to eat here all the time when they were on Hamilton I will never return.
