Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I love ❤️ the small chicken Philly sandwich and fries. The sandwich size is just right. There fries are always hot and when I add a Dr. Pepper, I've got a great meal. I haven't had anything else, I'm sure that's good too. I've never been inside, I do the drive thru.

I ordered the REGULAR size old school cheesecake with Louisiana fries and a strawberry lemonade, no ice. I Recieved a SMALL size steak sandwich instead. It was in this little box. I also ordered a regular size bacon philly without tomato guess what was on the sandwich, tomatoes. I did find out they had basically gave me half a sandwich and didn't hold the tomatoes until I got home last night and by then I wasn't going ALL the way back to get it corrected. They also didn't have the lobby open and made everyone go through the drive through. I had to make two separate orders online which didn't make sense either. I would like the other half of my sandwich I paid for.

I get the place a lot..but most of the time they don't understand or listen to directions

I really hate the fact that I have to pay for a drink while the meal is already expensive and plus the customer service agent are mean on Morse rd and right street he said I’m the owner haha no one to complain in too so I was mad the fact that he is dirty me downw

This location is drive-thru only. The sandwich, fries and coke tasted good. I need there more but it is expensive. It was $12 for lunch

I ordered a #2 Combo, which apparently has 4 options of cheesesteak, which I didn't know about and the person didn't ask. The picture of the combo is a Philly style. So I ended up with some weird sandwich with no lett, tom, etc, and with cheddar cheese on it... gross. To top it off, they forgot my fries....

Usually every time I order here for pick up my food is hot and fresh today I went in at 11 my boneless wings are not hot and not much sauce. I asked for extra cheese on my fries which they did the fries are perfect.
