I am used to a walk-up Charlies in the mall. This was a full on drive through. $18 for a large chicken philly, fries and a drink.. delicious.

Went there yesterday for the first time ordered two combos. Both of them were the philly cheese steak. I have.
To say the sandwich was dry it had zero flavor. For the price that we spent to eat it was not worth it at all. I was very disappointed because it smelled amazing in that place. The lemonade was amazing though

I said I wasn’t going back again even though the 3 times I went they got my order wrong from me paying for cheese sauce an not getting it to getting a whole order that wasn’t mine they tried to fix it but the receipt machine was messed up so it didn’t say it on my receipt but I felt like they could’ve checked with the receipt # I was just annoyed it was between this an chipotle an I choose this at least I can see my food being made overall annoying each time

The chicken was terrible and it was the old won't go back again

The one near publix in Johnson City is awful. Tried it last week and didn't see my usual on the menu. Seriously thought about not even eating. Places smelled like burnt meat. The on in the food court at the mall is much better

I placed my order and say no mushrooms, only lettuce. And he put it in wrong on the screen and I tell him, I pull up to the window get my food and there's 3 pieces of lettuce on my sandwich I say can I have lettuce please, he takes the box back they put it on there and the lettuce is all wet and I take a bite of the sandwich and I taste pickles the girl had hands/gloves covered in pickle juices and picked up lettuce with it. Disgusting!! What if I was allergic to pickles? Do better!!!
