This location is drive-thru only. The sandwich, fries and coke tasted good. I need there more but it is expensive. It was $12 for lunch

I ordered a #2 Combo, which apparently has 4 options of cheesesteak, which I didn't know about and the person didn't ask. The picture of the combo is a Philly style. So I ended up with some weird sandwich with no lett, tom, etc, and with cheddar cheese on it... gross. To top it off, they forgot my fries....

Usually every time I order here for pick up my food is hot and fresh today I went in at 11 my boneless wings are not hot and not much sauce. I asked for extra cheese on my fries which they did the fries are perfect.

this is a great charleys, food is always so good and fresh .. the service is always fast and the guy with brown hair at the window does a great job and is always so friendly and has great service, will be back

Absolutely disgusting how this staff that spoke Spanish used that to decide which question to answer, or discuss before answering the question. I don't like how my food was not to my satisfaction. I understood ever word. An African American that can understand Spanish was not what they expected. This needs to be discussed how they treat people. Until this incident, this was my favorite restaurant. I guess I'll just keep going to the Morse Rd location.

Today, 3/5/25, I had a friend get me some food because I had surgery and couldn't go. Once she arrived at my house the container for the fries was open and all the fries plus cheese all over the bag. I'm sorry but im.mot eating out of a bag. My sub was cold af and poorly made. I called the location and the manager, hard to understand, had no sympathy not took accountability for her staff. I told her 3 times that I had surgery and I can't come. She wouldn't even give me credit, unless I would come today. I'm never going back.

I wish employees would read and get orders right. This is the 2nd time they got it wrong. But my receipt was right. No onions doesn’t mean heavy onion. I waisted money again. It’s a 30 minute drive for me. I won’t be going back. 57.00 on food. And half was wrong
