Food was hot. Protein portion was not as big as it used to be in the past. Sour cream and cheese portions were more than adequate. Ordered 2 tortillas on the side, and they were heated and wrapped together. When I went to separate them one of them tore. Service was good. Cashier was very friendly. Atmosphere was Chipotle.

Very disappointing experience.
My girlfriend purchased the food, and my brother ended up eating it. From the start, the employee was rude and unprofessional — no greeting and no effort to offer options or explain anything, which is basic customer service.
It was around 9:00 PM, and the employee already seemed focused on cleaning and closing, even though the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. This clearly affected the service and attitude.
On top of that, the food was made incorrectly and included cheese, even though I am allergic to dairy. That is a serious health concern and shows a lack of attention to food allergies.
To make matters worse, when my brother took the first bite, he found a hair in the food. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
Chipotle is a well-known brand, but this experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this location based on the poor service and lack of care in food preparation.

The manager was serving us today and actually gave us no more than 20 pieces of steak and whole bowl full of rice every serving was small except for the rice and was rude with us as customers because we was complaining bout the portion he was give us in a bowl then when we ask for more charge us extra .. don’t mind paying for extra meat but not when that’s was supposed to been the amount supposed to been in the bowl from the beginning this why I’ll never come back here in Whitehall , plus the store always dirty especially the restrooms I’ve been here plenty of time and restrooms always disgusting…my favorite Chipotle is In bexley Ohio .. great customer service and great on portions & it’s clean .

830 on a Wednesday evening. At least 6 employees between the front and back - all worried about talking to each other than customers. Food is as expected but the rest falls short. No one sitting inside, every table had food on it and the floors were absolutely gross. Napkins, apparently none. Drinks all empty, four of the sodas either didn’t work or out.

Ordered a bowl online and they gave me a burrito, they had none of the aguas filled up, all empty. Then there was bearly any beef in the damn burrito... Smfh.
I don’t normally have issues with this location, but I went in today and was ready for a burrito, unfortunately I was unable to get my burrito as the counters were filthy, and the workers slid my food through the mess on the counter and thought I was still supposed to eat it, on top of the dude taking orders when you first walk in hollering halfway across the restaurant asking for people’s orders and they’re way back by the door. Today was just highly unprofessional And they need to clean as they go. Today put a bad taste in my mouth with this location, maybe I’ll give them another try. Haven’t decided yet.

Chipotle is usually hit or miss but this location has so many hits. Greeted when you walk in. Steak cooked and seasoned to perfection. Fajita and rice fully cooked with flavor. This location has come a long way and is the best out of all of them.

They charged me almost 30 bucks for one bowl and chips and guacamole. i saw the charge on my account way after i left. make sure you get your receipt and dispute it. i didn’t get a receipt print out.
