The only reason it's a 2 star is because the chipotle in bexley set the bar for a 1. It's just not good

I've had issues with this location in the past, but I gave them another chance after doing some work in the area. Luckily I ordered ahead of time because the line was long AF and even the online order was a little bit behind. Overall the food was better than it's been in the past, but the service was pretty good. I'd come back to this location if I needed too.

Food is very good. I would like to see just a little more portion of the meat I'm making the bowl and less of the lettuce to cover for the meat, and should always put guacamole in the burrito bowl. Been living In the neighborhood for 4 years now and I have been avoiding E broad st chipotle for a long time due to a bad experience . One day I had a DoorDash order for the location and I notice how clean and short the line was after that I came on my personal time and it was just as good and just as clean. I really love the new crew and how hard they’re working to make a better name for the place

Everytine i come to this location they are out of something usually fajita peppers which hey if its busy i get it but not even 3 hrs into service and your out makes no sense its every single time get your place in order.

Been thinking about The steak bowl they have I'm not Big on Mexican food but I like to get it now and then it was very good not sure what they could do to improve they was pretty busy for a afternoon one thing he did was put the hot sauce on the side for me and I liked that I didn't realize it was as hot as it was and I was surprised when I tried it I was glad I didn't dump the whole thing in it put I did put it on pretty heavy before trying it
