Ordered 10pc for the 2nd time, and while eating them, I could taste that they were frozen. But when I ordered them for the first time, them chickens were on point. Somethings have changed!

Visited this Church's and it was worst experience by far. Ordered the 4 piece dark and every piece was overcooked and dried out. Church's used to have better quality chicken than this and I will not be going back to this location ever to waste my money.

Took over 45 minutes to make my chicken, which was only a 6 pc wing and side combo. There was 3 other people waiting as well which were not very happy. When I got the food it was unevenly spiced, where a couple had too much and the rest none at all. Nobody should wait this long for fast food, especially when they drove 3 1/2 hours to help a terminal, worked for over 11 hours, and had a 3 1/2 hour commute back home. I got home at midnight due to their doldrum work ethic.

In the drive through they ask you to come back because they are changing shifts? As a restaurant owner I’ve never heard such a thing. Wanted to give this place some another shot since This is the last one in the city.

Visited accidentally! Was in Columbus and saw them on the way to Cooper's Hawk. Hadn't been to a Church's in FOREVER. Firstly, it was dirty. Like world class dirty, too. But the service was decent, even though the manager told us she was giving us an extra piece of chicken. We left and discovered later that she did not. Oh, well, we weren't owed anything. But the food was hot, good, and well cooked! No denying that Church's has some of the best fast food chicken... next to Bojangles, of course. They need to clean this place up though. But I'll go again because its fire.

Placed an online order for ASAP pick up and ended up waiting over half an hour to 45 minutes on fast food. We placed a family order for a 20-piece tender, takes approximately 10 minutes to reach the restaurant to find out our order was not ready when it said it was online.
Now I don’t know if the store is just short staffed or what the case is, but there seems to be no sense of urgency for something that is meant to be fast food. I have just finally received my order as I’m writing this review and got home to find out there is no honey butter on our biscuits and we didn’t receive any of our sides. Food is also cold.
UPDATE: I returned to the establishment to inform them of what was missing and the food being cold. I requested to have it all done fresh again. The woman, who seems to be a shift manager, tried to gaslight me about them having just dropped the chicken in the fryer when she previously told me it was the okra, and that’s all we were waiting on, which was missing from our order. Our order was placed at almost 3:00 PM, and it is now 4:30… for fast food.

This is by far the worst churches chicken I have ever been to. If you go here, expect to wait 30 minutes plus. The employees will tell you to wait at the speaker. You will wait there for about 15 plus minutes then have to wait for the 2 vehicles in front of you another 30 minutes. Stay far away from this churches. As a business you should find new employees that are willing to work.

We will definitely be going back to this location very friendly staff and we ordered chicken and tenders and biscuits and when I say they were freshly made thats what I mean. I could barley hold the bag of chicken on my lap it was so hot . Way to go team very delicious hot and fresh food . ❤️❤️❤️ No wait at the speaker way better staff in there now ☺️❤️
Parking lot is horrible, fear popping a tire while pulling around the building! I ordered online for a 12 PC family meal (comes with 2 sides and 6 biscuts)+ an extra side. Tell me why i see every car get pulled forward that was in the drive thru (this caused craziness in there small pothole infested parkinglot) after seeing 6 different cars get handed their ordered while we still waited for ours. Then this lady comes out saying they don't have any biscuits. No refund available since it was part of a family meal? Also no substitute for my missing biscuits. So I'm just out 6 biscuits and out my money's worth of 6 biscuits. Sorry excuse for a chicken spot.

The only reason I'm leaving this review is because of the manager I believe her name was Shay. She did a very good job with customer service. This is in comparison to 90% of the staff at this location. The food however was fresh.

Honestly this location is horrible, everytime I come in the food is either over cooked or wait time is over 30 minutes. I just came in and heard the manager tell an employee that he basically had to work off the clock bc of their labor. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but I won’t be eating here.

Very unprofessional workers at Drive through window, charge up charge on 3 piece meal, $2.00 more, extra charge on combo order .50 more on babyside order for okra; incorrect order etc. Just don't go there, it's not worth the money anymore and the service is extremely poor🥴🥴!UGH!!!
