The 4 young ladies were very helpful to one another. The true definition of TEAMWORKWas very patient and positive with the order taking and did offer other options for selections. Overall, made sure the order was correctly placed along with confirmation more than once. A very friendly group of young ladies who were quite polite and professional.

I love getting the Blizzards. Really, the only thing I get from Dairy QueensKid-friendliness: DQ is a place you can take the whole family and enjoy ice cream.

Made a special trip to get an 85 cent Blizzard, as the app says expires TODAY (9/27)... Girl tells me the 24th was the last day. Why not just offer good customer service and honor the stupid coupon??

I ordered my Blizzard through the drive-thru. First, I noticed the cup was damp, and when I looked at my hand, there was melted ice cream all over my fingers. I thought the person who made my Blizzard was just messy and dribbled ice cream down the sides of the cup while making my Blizzard. I placed the cup in my car's cup holder while I drove home. During red light stops, I checked my Blizzard and noticed a pool of melted ice cream was forming in the cupholder. I wrapped napkins around the cup, but the melted ice cream pool got worse. When I arrived home, I examined the cup and discovered a puncture opening on the side of the cup, which appeared to have happened while the Blizzard was being made. The puncture was large enough that it couldn't have been missed by the worker after making the Blizzard because ice cream was leaking from the punctured opening, and there was melted ice cream all on the outside of the cup, as I stated earlier, when the Blizzard was handed to me. I will admit the DQ must have been short staffed that day due to the long wait in the drive-thru line and how rushed the drive-thru window staffer's voice sounded while taking my order. I don't usually have an issue with ordering at this DQ, BUT after this experience, I think I need to refrain from going there for a long while.

Drive thru only thing open. Ordered 3 small chocolate ice cream chocolate dipped cones. Actually got 3 vanilla ice cream ones. Told cashier order was wrong & she was rude to us like it's out fault, but have to say totally expecting the rude behavior from that generation. We drove away & began eating r fixed cones to find out the cones themselves were totally stale. Really?? Just sad.

First of all, it was like 7:50 & the inside dining area was already closed. The website says 9:30. Then the person taking our order messed up so we had to pay again & pull forward to wait on one of our 6 piece tossed in BBQ meal to come out just for them both to be literally cold chicken & Fries and the "garlic toast" to look like this. And our S'mores blizzards half way melted? I mean the toast is not even cooked! An awful experience fr. Not to mention they forgot to give us napkins. So that also was annoying seeming how we got tenders that are tossed in sauce and ice cream blizzards all to go...so that calls for a few napkins after the other inconveniences for OVER $30.
