When we pulled up to an odd strip mall, we almost got back in the car and found somewhere else to eat but ultimately decided to give it a shot.
When we went in, it was completely empty and the TV volume was up so insanely loud that it was overstimulating. Even though the waitress was really nice, the overall vibes were just not great.
Now onto the food, the chicken strips and french fries were amazing. Probably some of my favorite fries in the city. The burger and chicken sandwich were mid. Overrated and overpriced. The flavoring on both was very odd and no one at our table liked them.
Overall, we found the experience underwhelming and disappointing. Also, they give free appetizers if you write a good review so I'd take all the good reviews that include pictures with a huge grain of salt.

An absolutely amazing experience — and that’s just the people who work there. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely make you feel like a valued guest. Then, there’s the food! Every dish is crafted with care and bursting with flavor. It’s without question some of the most incredible food I’ve ever had. From start to finish, 91 Bistro delivers on every level. I can’t recommend it enough! This was my second time eating here and it certainly won’t be the last.

I was searching for a healthy dinner option, and safe to say I've found a new regular spot. I had the chicken apple salad, my husband had the crispy chicken sandwich with fries - everything was delicious and super fresh. The woman working gave us samples of their chicken cream of mushroom soup that was so wonderfully loaded with rosemary that we are going to have to come back to properly order some! If you're looking for food that tastes good, leaves you feeling good (not sluggish) and friendly people, I recommend trying Flavor 91 Bistro!

Fantastic find while traveling through the area! I’ll admit, I’m not a super adventurous eater and was a bit nervous when I saw Ethiopian-style seasoning but I was pleasantly surprised with how everything tasted. The Perfect party burger was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed the cinnamon-ginger tea. Highly recommend both. Our server (Winta, hopefully I spelled that correctly) was very friendly and made us feel at home. If you’re traveling through and want some good food, stop by here.

OMG! I never had Ethiopian food before, and now I don't know how I have denied myself this pleasure. Flavor Bistro 91 was a whim. We were just killing time before getting to the airport and thought we'd grab a burger. We didn't even know it was an Ethiopian restaurant when we drove there. I had a burger, fries some spinach dip and some of their cinnamon ginger sweet tea. It was all absolutely amazing. And the server, Winta, was so kind. I live over an hour away from the restaurant, but I'm going back soon. It's worth the trip.
