The food is fantastic, good portions and delicious flavoring 😋but someone please get rid of or have a meeting the rude lady at the front or who takes the orders I don’t know her name but I think she wears glasses, this is my 3rd encounter with her and each time she has been very rude, has no customer service experience whatsoever I almost don’t want to ever come back again because of her attitude, please just find someone else because I almost want to submit a complaint but since the food is so good and everyone else is nice I don’t want it to but someone else will, if she doesn’t like her job find another one that simple 😒

Hibachi Fire on Hamilton Rd in Whitehall is one of the best Japanese fast food restaurants around. The chicken is cooked just right. The portions are great. I always get extra zucchini and they're seasoned with love. If you haven't been there, it's a must try. Thanks Hibachi Fire, for delicious food. Happy New Year!!!

I would not recommend this place. The steak was so hard and chewy. I ate 3 pieces and could not eat anymore as my jaw was hurting from chewing it so much. Definitely not strip steak. I also got the lo mein noodles, which had zero flavor. The food was just not it. I was so sad about it as I was so excited for it! That’s what I get for changing up on Genji Go! lol. Genji Go is a few dollars cheaper too…& A LOT more flavorful!!!
