The food is fantastic, good portions and delicious flavoring 😋but someone please get rid of or have a meeting the rude lady at the front or who takes the orders I don’t know her name but I think she wears glasses, this is my 3rd encounter with her and each time she has been very rude, has no customer service experience whatsoever I almost don’t want to ever come back again because of her attitude, please just find someone else because I almost want to submit a complaint...
Hibachi Fire on Hamilton Rd in Whitehall is one of the best Japanese fast food restaurants around. The chicken is cooked just right. The portions are great. I always get extra zucchini and they're seasoned with love. If you haven't been there, it's a must try. Thanks Hibachi Fire, for delicious food.
