I ordered a Door dash pickup for 2 3pc chicken box it was $36.00 but I only got 1 of The 3pc chicken box $14.35 , they left 1 of my Iced tea drinks, I only received one drink, I'm Owed a iced tea drink & 1 3pc chicken box, I got charged $36.00 for 1 order, this got charged off my debit card, and door dash Driver Carlos or anybody at KFC didn't check My order, door dash driver Carlos don't speak Any English and just didn't care about my order or the people at this location.

Place seem to no get right. I order online and the last 2 time I go pick it up I’m still waiting 10-15 minutes after I already gave them an extra 15 minutes. This time I just left and I will come back in a hour and we will see if they have the food ready. They gave other peoples order but cannot get mine and also getting ignored by the employee while waiting.Will be getting with management about this ongoing issue.

I placed an app order today to pick up. I’m gonna give yall all the stars because there was only 2 guys working during what appeared to be dinner rush. They were nice and my order was hot. There were several cars in front of me ordering at the window but I didn’t wait long at all. The only thing missing was my sauces.
