I went here to get pizza for my kids since I hadn't cooked dinner yet. I went in and not one person who worked there, spoke a word to me. And I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before being assisted. They now seem to utilize the waiting system with the buzzer which means you'll get a buzz when your food is ready. But other than that, the pizza was hot and ready to go in about 10 minutes!

There's almost always an issue picking up my order. I typically order ahead because the line is always out the door. They notify me that my order is ready in the app. Then inside the store they say it's not ready and I have to wait another 15-20 minutes or more, at least. Basically, despite indicating on the app that it's done, they hadn't even started preparing it yet. They either don't have enough people working, or more customers than they can serve. Often times part of the pizza is dryed out where the cheese and sauce was very minimal. It's just becomes hard, inedible portions of several slices.
During my most recent visit, I placed an order at 5:00 for a scheduled pickup time of 7:30. I arrived at 7:35 but according to the tracker, it wasn't even being prepared yet. I waited another 30 minutes for my order 😡

2 pep pizzas Cashier was polite and enjoys his job. The line was long, but he managed to keep the line going smoothly with a smile and a Thank you.ncome back again. He spoke different languages to different cultures who came in. Which was a plus.

Long wait, even though I called the order in. For whatever reason, the online order options didn't allow for pickup, so I called. I'm thankful that they answered because by the time I got there, they seemed very understaffed. I ended up getting a cheese pizza instead of the Twix brownies, but they did get my Slices n Sticks and Crazy Bread. The Crazy Bread seemed a bit dry, but had okay flavor.

It makes no sense that I waited close to an hour for a hot and ready. They have a whole new crew in there and it's terrible. No one wears gloves or hair nets and they take to long. Lost a lot of customers due to this

Why is there a ton of salt on all of the pizza not just the edges. My kids wanted this and was excited to trying it. They all grabbed a piece and immediately spit it out. Waste of money. And the edges wasn't even hard enough to hold the pizza right. Do not try the stuff pretzel pizza. U will hate it
