Best to order and then pick it up. Otherwise the wait is very long. The guy who worked on 3/8/25 attitude was not the best and hung up while I was still asking some questions for my order. Which ended with my order being short because I wasn't calling back.

I’ve been coming here regularly for years, but I noticed once the newer manager (I forgot to ask his name, tall dude with the white beard up front. Can’t miss him) this placed TURNED AROUND drastically.
It is very obvious this individual cares about his job, which is rare nowadays. This gentleman deserves all the praise in the world from management etc. His team listens to him, which is rare in this industry, and the team delivers with a SMILE!

The wait is too long they told me that I would have to wait 10-15 minutes and end waiting for almost an hour.
The crazy bread was as if they put it in the oven for 2 seconds because it was flimsy and totally uncooked literally.. the stuffed crust pizza wasn't as hard at the bottom as it should be I would say my dinner was totally undercooked

I always order through the mobile app and have no issues but today I wasn't given my crazy bread. I called to see if there was anything I could do (perhaps a refund since I wasn't able to drive back) and the employee told me to hold on and came back only to not say anything and hang up the phone. Before that I called 6 times and had to use another phone before they answered. A friend of mine wanted to order to we called. The only reason I ordered on the app this time was because I had called to place the order since we wanted to pay in cash and the employee pretended not to hear us and hung up. I believe that's the reason the number was blocked on one phone and when I used another phone to call they picked up. I love the food here it's a bang for your buck but the employee today, a women unsure of her name, was unpleasant and rude. I work in fast food and I get it can be tiring but it's still your job!!! Make sure before you leave that you grab all your food or else you're just giving them free money.

The pizza I received today was disgusting. Some of the pieces were cut in about 3 inches long and the other ones were about 10 inches long. If the pizza was free this would be okay...
