Massey's Pizza - Whitehall

45 minutes here(12:30pm-1:15pm). From the point we got here there was 4 pizzas all half gone or less. Not one new pizza brought out, the old one were orange and burnt. Salad was half flag missing most Ingedients and only two dressings ( so lettuce cheese banana peppers and dressing(yum). Nothing made or restocked the entire time. Chicken was good (not the usual frozen chicken wings) and for $32 for two people. I won't be back!

Mary (the manager) was very rude. I would like to speak to corporate. She moved my pizza with her dirty hands (after touching cash) when I asked for pizza to be re-cut. She continued to argue after I ask for pizza to be re-made. Another manager (black lady) asked her to stop going back and forth. 5/19/2025 12:29 pm order order 5

They put a lot of pepperoni on my pizza, just the way I like it 😋
I have to drive 4 hours to get good pizza. Currently live in Michigan, and there are no good pizza places like Massey's

Called & recording said if ordered online u get $5 off 1st order but wouldn't allow to order for delivery online. Spoke to someone who had NO knowledge about anything smh yelled for someone named Mary who I assume was mgr. She was worse. No accountability just blamed delivery app & didn't offer to honor offer even though it was offered on recording when u call. I still ordered & food was cold & nasty. DEFINITELY not worth what I paid. Wouldn't even have been worth it with the $5 off

I have got really good wings and Pizza here before, but today I got the worst pizza ever. It was a bare bones supreme and it was cooked until it was like wood. I had to wait double the amount of time for the pizza. I will not be back.

Best lasagna for price

I ordered one topping pepperoni from Whitehall. I had been a faithful patron of Donatos (family friends) since they opened but their quality and service became disappointing. Lukewarm pizza was the high point of every order. Massey's was a hit and it's right around the corner from my home. Even good cold the next day. You have a new faithful customer.

I ordered a pizza for delivery after I had waited for 50 minutes they called me back in a rude manner to tell me I wasn't in the zone and that they were slammed without offering any solutions or credit for wasting my time and having me wait hungry for this long.
