I give this location a 1 due to me watching them put old waffle fries in the grease and reheat them and serve them to me. I asked him why would he do that and he stated he wanted to make sure the grease was hot. So i responded with the timer went off for the fresh batch you put down. Make sure you watch them every step of the way.

I love a good Roman burger. Yet this location is lacking in several areas. The employees attitudes are not that great. The bathrooms have been broke for months. And they watered down the cheese sauce. I don't know if it's on a regular basis. But it sure was yesterday

Wow I placed an order last night at Mr Hero two Italliano subs without Mayo to go received my order returned home only to find out there was mayo went back they took my sandwiches and changed the bread and re cooked the meat making it like rubber and gave them to me whoever heard of such . I would not ever return there and will tell the world how poor their service is.

Witnessed staff preparing food with no gloves… one staff member even dropped a single French fry on the unsanitized counter and still proceeded to pick it up (mind you no gloves) and put it in someone’s bag. So disgusting.

The employees and the owners are very prestige to even give you a cup of water after you’ve done spent your money! They always say no cups just bottles. They never have no soap in their bathroom or toilet paper.
