Wow I placed an order last night at Mr Hero two Italliano subs without Mayo to go received my order returned home only to find out there was mayo went back they took my sandwiches and changed the bread and re cooked the meat making it like rubber and gave them to me whoever heard of such . I would not ever return there and will tell the world how poor their service is.

Witnessed staff preparing food with no gloves… one staff member even dropped a single French fry on the unsanitized counter and still proceeded to pick it up (mind you no gloves) and put it in someone’s bag. So disgusting.

The employees and the owners are very prestige to even give you a cup of water after you’ve done spent your money! They always say no cups just bottles. They never have no soap in their bathroom or toilet paper.

When you ask for water, the provide you with a very small plastic cup no lid... I didn't have no issue paying for a real cup with a lid...

I'm not sure if I can trust any of these restaurants when I order online. How do we know if they wash their hands and don't drop our food on the floor? What if they sneeze or spit on our orders??? Do they trust people when they order online

Great Waffle Fries, but my Philly Cheese Steak was a small portion with uninspired flavor. Sliced and diced beef, not standard. Seemed like one employee being over-worked. Restroom closed. Maybe I shoulda' tried the Roman Burger.
