We ordered a catering meal a week prior to pick up. The pick up time was 5:30. We arrived at 5:32. We were then told we should have our food within 20 minutes. That is already unacceptable for over $800 of food prepaid for. They were barely half way done after 17 minutes. Poor establishment to say the MOST.

I placed an order at Uber Eats and they sent me the incomplete food, I had to pay Uber to be able to go and bring what I needed, I spent three times as much and they think that saying I'm sorry or the coworker didn't realize it is enough 😠 terrible service and they are not considerate of the customers

The service here has severely been on the decline these past few months. As I wrtite this review, I sit in the Panda Express parking lot waiting for going on about 15 minutes now, for Grilled Teryaki chicken. Nvm the fact that people have to work I guess, but this seems to be the standard here nowadays at this location---running out of food. Especially close to closing time and on the weekends. If you close at 10, and it's only 8:00PM and you only have 2 entree options, then what is the purpose for you to still be open and serving food?
Edit: This location has been much improved since my last review a few years ago.

Food is good for what it is, but hours on the store and on Google are wrong. It says it closes at 10, but they must stop cooking super early because by 8:30 pm, it's a gamble if they will have any particular item available anymore.

I got the orange chicken with chow mein, with cheese, Rangoon, and it was more than enough to satisfy. And an economy, such as the one that we have today, the value for the food was well worth it.

Drive thru service is terrible. Sat in line for so long, all for the worker to have an attitude when taking my order… customer service is terrible, didn’t even want to get the food anymore. We left. Do better.
