The chow mein was just spaghetti, more like lo mein. Veggies were good and fresh but the 2 entrees were mushy and undercooked. It didn't seem like it had been sitting out a long time, but nothing was cooked properly.

Extremely disappointing experience. I asked if fresh orange chicken would be coming out soon, as the batch sitting out looked visibly dry. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, the employee responded with clear attitude and proceeded to retrieve a fresh pot from the back — only to dump the old, dried-out chicken into it. She then attempted to serve from that mixture, as if I wouldn’t notice.
When I declined and said I was no longer interested, she appeared confused and dismissive, showing no regard for customer service or basic courtesy. The lack of professionalism was honestly shocking.
If this is the standard they’re comfortable with, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Do better.

My pickup order was at 7:48 i arrived and still was not ready had to wait another 8mins at drive thru window and go to a parking spot to wait for my food i didnt get my food until 8:15, will never come back to this location
The gentleman gave me burnt steak. I was ignored for approximately 8 minutes when nobody was there except me. But he anxious to take my money.
