This is our new favorite seafood boil spot! The Pier 11 sauce is the perfect mix of all the sauces they offer.

Horrible service, they had no manger, and they bring out 3 of our seafood bag and we had to wait 1hr for chicken tenders

Delicious food and the waitress was very helpful with recommendations and attentive. We loved our time here but I gotta say the lighting was a little weird. Oh well, the food made up for it ten times over. Crab legs were my favorite.

Food was raw and undone. Manager was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional about it. Workers were very unprofessional as they were play fighting in front of customers. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing boils epically the garlic butter sauce , it was life-changing. Also we had a 3 year old with us and our server named Amari was amazing with him and they were having fun, and she was cracking jokes and talking with all of us. But Amari wasn’t only good with kids she was fun to be around and was incredibly kind. This was the best boil I’ve had in my life.

Best Lemon Drop ever!!! I only ate the Cajun Fries and Mozzarella Stick both were good.

I ordered 2 seafood boils to go and was very disappointed with the scallops that cost almost $30 for 1/2 lb each and got 2 in 1 and 3 in other the owner would not make it right. Brought out a broken scale with duck tape with 5 said it was 1/2 lb. It was a rip off he yelled at me and said don’t come back to the store. But he knew he had cheated us out of scallops. Very dishonest. I paid over$106 for this meal too. This is not not right to cheat ppl like that and then scream at them because you know you are guilty and don’t want to refund some $ or make them some more scallops. I sent across the street to Kroger 1/2 lb Scallop is about $3. The Mgr. of Pier 11 Seafood Boil is wrong for that and the cooks said 2 in 1 bag and 5 in another. They are dead wrong for that. Not worth almost $30 for that!!!!!!!

came here at 10:20 pm and told us they closed at 10 when it’s said on google 10:30 I guess you should update your workimg hours 🤷🏻‍♀️🙄

Great service and the food is too!

The food is always freshly hot whale season. The service it's freely and kind and patient. At.
Mosphere will be great if locations could start, haven't the Television, but I know that's a license issue.

I visited this restaurant on Wed evening, ordered a boil which included mussels. A few hours later I felt queasy. Not too long after, I began vomiting and exhibiting all sigs of shellfish poisoning. I called the restaurant as soon as they opened to let them know the mussels I was served were contaminated and give them a heads up. The manager I spoke with was very defensive. He immediately assumed I was looking for a payday.
