Place going down hill food is horrible they are reusing old dough. Frozen dough same gross toppings Over loading there pizzas where you can’t even pick up the pizza, over stretching there tavern pizza. Waste of money

THE SERVICE FROM THE COLORED GIRL IS TERRIBLE, she is rude, she keeps the products that have already been paid for, you ask to speak to a manager and none exists, clearly that is the reason why she answers poorly, she does not give you a service as such, she is simply looking at her phone, she does not pay attention to the orders, you can see that she has not showered in weeks, it is truly unpleasant that someone serves you with such little enthusiasm and with such poor hygiene

They scammed us. They actually scammed us. I initially tried to place an order for a single meal. They told me that the ZIP code on my card wasn't correct so I told him to cancel the order. I called back place a correct order with the correct zip code and that one did go through and the way they scammed us is that delivered the first order that should not have gone through and I was forced to pay for that order in addition to the money they took out of my bank account for the second order. I wouldn't suggest this using this pizza for delivery or for anything else anytime soon. When I tried getting it resolved and calling the restaurants they kept giving me other numbers to call and never got resolved. This is a clown service. Welcome to America!

I was told a 30 min delivery time. So when 52 min had gone by, still waiting, I went to front window to look outside and I saw my pizza and breadsticks just sitting on my glider cushion! No one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell!! I was in living room the whole time I was waiting. It was warm not hot but glad I looked out my window. I tried calling back to complain but after waiting 10 minutes for someone to answer I just hung up🤬🤬 lousy service!

Pizza Hut is getting worse than worse, especially this place has the worst pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut. The customer service is so bad. They are so rude and my order is completely wrong from what I ordered. They have exactly what I ordered on the receipt but the order is different and it’s so cold and it smells so bad tastes so bad. I called multiple times they kept hanging up on me as soon as I told them that my order was wrong, and when I went to the store, the manager was so rude. They didn’t want to refund my money or change my pizza.

Ordered a large pan 3 topping and only got 2. Tried to call back immediately when I got home and was hung up on 2 different times and was not able to talk to the mgr. not happy.
Ordered two 24 piece wings along with some bread sticks and a melt, with the one on the bottom being honey bbq and the top one being garlic parmasean. The picture speaks for itself, the amount of sauce on these wings is genuinely laughable. The entire top half of both are almost completely dry, with barely any sauce even on the bottom chunk of it. This would be a skimpy amount of sauce for an eight piece, let alone for the largest size wing they have.
Aside from that the bread sticks and melt were both good, thankfully nothing wrong with those at least. Delivery was a mess, ordered through Pizza Hut directly and after ordering get a notification that my doordash driver will arrive shortly. No heads up that they outsource their delivery to Doordash, which is deceptive and annoying. All the food arrived without any sort of tamper proof seals on them, and the driver attempted to keep the melt and tried to hand off only part of the food. He had to be asked (repeatedly, as he either barely spoke english or was pretending) where the rest was, then he went back to the car and magically found the last of the food. Funny how that works, I imagine had I not noticed and just took the food I'd have had a nightmare trying to get a refund for it. Just a mess all around.

Order was not ready when i arrived at the drive thru after the app said “order is ready for pickup”. There was a lady yelling from the inside mad and screaming reaching over the counter trying to find her food.( i heard her yelling because the window was wide open when i arrived which is not a good idea to do especially when it’s dark and the cashier is literally in arms reach) One of the boxes she kind of shooked which happened to be my box… when i got home my pizza sauce was open and smeared all over the inside of the box. My traditional plain wings had 4 wings instead of 6 and My boneless bbq wings only had sauce on literally ONE Which is crazy i don’t even know how that would happen. I upgraded my breadsticks to the cheese sticks but got the regular ones and my two chicken Alfredo’s and bread sticks were ice cold.
