Order was not ready when i arrived at the drive thru after the app said “order is ready for pickup”. There was a lady yelling from the inside mad and screaming reaching over the counter trying to find her food.( i heard her yelling because the window was wide open when i arrived which is not a good idea to do especially when it’s dark and the cashier is literally in arms reach) One of the boxes she kind of shooked which happened to be my box… when i got home my pizza sauce was open and smeared all over the inside of the box. My traditional plain wings had 4 wings instead of 6 and My boneless bbq wings only had sauce on literally ONE Which is crazy i don’t even know how that would happen. I upgraded my breadsticks to the cheese sticks but got the regular ones and my two chicken Alfredo’s and bread sticks were ice cold.

Placed a scheduled delivery 4 hours in advance so I could eat when I get off work. Canceled with no notice/email/text nothing. How can you not get one pizza and an order of wings done with 4 hours of notice? Or at least let me know so I can go to plan B. Had to call to find out it was canceled since the tracker said it was still being worked on.

Not reliable to deliver full delivery when using Doordash. You may or may not receive what you order and good luck getting in touch with the store to get your missing items or refund. On hold now for 20 minutes. RIDICULOUS.

She asked my name and looked in the food box and then went to the drive thru. So, I assumed my food was not ready. No, no. Seven minutes later she says, Jessica? I say yes. She pulls it out. Really? Thanks for being so super friendly to the family in the drive thru right in front of me. I see you are capable of friendly and efficient, just not to me. You just put a bad taste in my mouth and I don't even want this food now.

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION the employees are lazy
Had a really good experience, called in the phone was answered quickly. When I went to pick up the order the staff was friendly and she remembered I wanted extra sauce for my wings and the food was piping hot. Will definitely return.

This location is wonderful. Any employees I've enteracted with here have been very professional and friendly even when it's right before closing time. I work 2nd shift so finding dinner when I get out of work can be a challenge and I typically don't like placing orders in the last 15 minutes a restaurant is open but the employees here didn't make me feel bad greated me with a smile. Oh and the food is always on point. My wings are always sauced well. My pizza is always picture perfect and so are the breadsticks I get. Shout out and thank you to the crew for being so reliable when I'm not wanting to cook a meal myself.
I Just left Pizza Hut trying to purchase one of these "Hut Boxes" Call my order in 20 minutes ahead of time While I was outside in the parking lot of the establishment . Just for the Employee @ 4440 E. Main St. Whitehall, OH. I go inside to Pick up my order just for her to tell me she has to make my order after Sitting outside in my car the whole time. ??After I distinctly told her I was waiting in the parking lot for my food.??♀️? It's funny because I wasn't going to go to that location because i've had problems years ago. I see nothing has changed.They're still Incompetent and Unprofessional. This is ONE of MANY PROBLEMS I've had with Pizza Hut. ? I'm starting to believe that It's meant for me not to eat here PERIOD. I can see why they ONLY have a 3.4 Rating??????
