I was told a 30 min delivery time. So when 52 min had gone by, still waiting, I went to front window to look outside and I saw my pizza and breadsticks just sitting on my glider cushion! No one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell!! I was in living room the whole time I was waiting. It was warm not hot but glad I looked out my window. I tried calling back to complain but after waiting 10 minutes for someone to answer I just hung upš¤¬š¤¬ lousy service!

Pizza Hut is getting worse than worse, especially this place has the worst pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut. The customer service is so bad. They are so rude and my order is completely wrong from what I ordered. They have exactly what I ordered on the receipt but the order is different and itās so cold and it smells so bad tastes so bad. I called multiple times they kept hanging up on me as soon as I told them that my order was wrong, and when I went to the store, the manager was so rude. They didnāt want to refund my money or change my pizza.

Ordered two 24 piece wings along with some bread sticks and a melt, with the one on the bottom being honey bbq and the top one being garlic parmasean. The picture speaks for itself, the amount of sauce on these wings is genuinely laughable. The entire top half of both are almost completely dry, with barely any sauce even on the bottom chunk of it. This would be a skimpy amount of sauce for an eight piece, let alone for the largest size wing they have.
Aside from that the bread sticks and melt were both good, thankfully nothing wrong with those at least. Delivery was a mess, ordered through Pizza Hut directly and after ordering get a notification that my doordash driver will arrive shortly. No heads up that they outsource their delivery to Doordash, which is deceptive and annoying. All the food arrived without any sort of tamper proof seals on them, and the driver attempted to keep the melt and tried to hand off only part of the food. He had to be asked (repeatedly, as he either barely spoke english or was pretending) where the rest was, then he went back to the car and magically found the last of the food. Funny how that works, I imagine had I not noticed and just took the food I'd have had a nightmare trying to get a refund for it. Just a mess all around.

Order was not ready when i arrived at the drive thru after the app said āorder is ready for pickupā. There was a lady yelling from the inside mad and screaming reaching over the counter trying to find her food.( i heard her yelling because the window was wide open when i arrived which is not a good idea to do especially when itās dark and the cashier is literally in arms reach) One of the boxes she kind of shooked which happened to be my boxā¦ when i got home my pizza sauce was open and smeared all over the inside of the box. My traditional plain wings had 4 wings instead of 6 and My boneless bbq wings only had sauce on literally ONE Which is crazy i donāt even know how that would happen. I upgraded my breadsticks to the cheese sticks but got the regular ones and my two chicken Alfredoās and bread sticks were ice cold.

Placed a scheduled delivery 4 hours in advance so I could eat when I get off work. Canceled with no notice/email/text nothing. How can you not get one pizza and an order of wings done with 4 hours of notice? Or at least let me know so I can go to plan B. Had to call to find out it was canceled since the tracker said it was still being worked on.
Not reliable to deliver full delivery when using Doordash. You may or may not receive what you order and good luck getting in touch with the store to get your missing items or refund. On hold now for 20 minutes. RIDICULOUS.

She asked my name and looked in the food box and then went to the drive thru. So, I assumed my food was not ready. No, no. Seven minutes later she says, Jessica? I say yes. She pulls it out. Really? Thanks for being so super friendly to the family in the drive thru right in front of me. I see you are capable of friendly and efficient, just not to me. You just put a bad taste in my mouth and I don't even want this food now.
