Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

DO NOT EAT AT THE RAISING CANES ON MAIN STREET IN WHITEHALL. THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES WHO WILL CONTAMINATE YOUR FOOD IF THEY GET IN A DISAGREEMENT WITH YOU AND IF YOU REPORT IT THEY'LL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU ITS BEEN HANDLED AND THAT THE EMPLOYEE WAS REPRIMANDED JUST TO APPEASE YOU. MEANWHILE SAME SAID EMPLOYEE IS STILL SERVING THE PUBLIC SO WHO ELSES FOOD THEY MAY HAVE CONTAMINATED BECAUSE THEY MAY HAVE BEEN UPSET ABOUT AN ORDER THEY MESSED UP TAKING OR HAVE BEEN IN A DISAGREEMENT WITH.

WHEN WE CALLED INITIALLY ABOUT THE SITUATION WE WERE TOLD BY KYLE THE YOUNG LADY WAS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY. WELL COME TO FIND OUT AS OF TODAY SHE IS STILL WITH THE COMPANY CONTRARY TO KYLE SAYING SHE WAS LET GO. IN FACT TODAY IS THE DAY SHE WAS ACTUALLY CONTACTED AND OR SPOKEN TO ABOUT IT NOT WHEN IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED. SO THEY BASICALLY LIED. CAN YOU REALLY TRUST AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT DOESN'T TAKE THE PROTECTION OF ITS CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY. I KNOW I DONT AND WON'T.

Chicken was juicy and perfectly crispy. Very good!

Nothing seems to work when we go there purchase the pull-up kiosk. They're told to go walk to wine. Then when you go back you go up to that. Walk up kiosk and it don't work. You have to go through the drive-thru the people work. There are just rude and if they get your order wrong they don't really care

Intentional Tampering with a Child’s Drink — Potential Criminal Act

My friend took his daughter to Raising Cane’s on Main St. (by Walmart), and when she got home, she found a used napkin with a brown substance inside her little brother’s drink. Staff later admitted on video that an employee intentionally put something in it — then offered just two free meals.

This wasn’t a mistake — it was a deliberate act that could be criminal and involved a child. Legal and other action should be considered.

Unforgivable. Parents, beware.

In an effort to be nasty, one of the employees put a napkin in a child’s drink with a brown substance on it because she had an attitude, UNACCEPTABLE!

To Raising Cane’s:
If I could post a picture of my drink and the sad excuse for fries I received, you’d understand just how insulted I feel. I asked for no ice—because that usually means I want more of the drink, not to get half a cup like I ordered a sample. Apparently at Cane’s, if you skip the ice, they just take that as a tip for themselves and short you.

Then let’s talk about the fries. I ordered a 3-piece combo and got a portion so small, it could fit in my 5-year-old’s hand with room to spare. I paid for a meal, not a handful of crumbs. That’s not a mistake—that’s theft wrapped in a paper tray.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get more careless? Y’all didn’t even include straws. How do you hand someone a drink—with no straw? That’s just lazy and disrespectful.

Fast food isn’t cheap anymore. I work hard for my money, and what I got in return was a slap in the face. Meanwhile, Chick-fil-A and Popeyes never pull these stingy, sloppy stunts.

You’ve officially lost a customer. This was greedy, careless, and honestly pathetic

They're always fast and always prepare me order as I request but this time they gave me old fries that seem to come from bottom of the bag as they majority were stubby little fry crumbs lol. They werent crispy and fresh
Instead they seemed to have been old and dark colored fries like they were almost burnt. Other than that small thing, everything else was great. The customer service was impeccable as always.

One of the best locations to put a raising canes, when I lived in this area it was a warm welcome and very convenient!

Wow . So I wanted extra crispy chicken and I was told they can’t drop it more the 30 seconds. I called corporate I was informed it is at managers discretion how long they drop extra crispy and this is a new change. If you see in the photo column my chicken is not crispy at all and this change was made for fry oil and bird Quality. I would go get a refund for this slimy bird I received today but I had work. If you love canes extra crispy bird this isn’t the place to get it no more. I constantly have issues here for fry amount to parking and sometimes even customer service. I love there night shift never had a problem. These guys in the morning are the most Nitpicky up tight nonnegotiable crew and I can’t stand it. I love canes but I’ll never be back to this one and it’s a shame because they are right across the street from my job but today ruined it. Paid 20 dollars for a meal that I don’t even wanna feed my dog .

Every time I go I get water down drinks. The crazy part is I never get ice. Maybe I always come when the drinks need to be changed. But the food is awesome.
