I'm actually extremely concerned about this location, we went last night 3/15 at 11:45 at night. we were thrown off at first about chatting with the AI at the speaker however once we had completed that we waited in line for a really long time and we were really hungry The car in front of us had already paid and they sat there for so long waiting for their food, when we finally got to the window all we heard was screaming and threats and saying that they were going to hurt each other and they wouldn't come to the window they were just screaming at each other and cussing very very loudly and it scared us so bad that we decided not to pay or get any food because it was actually terrifying how they were talking to each other It was so loud that the car behind us heard it and the drive-thru window was also closed. I was extremely disappointed in this service I'm upset that I wasn't able to get any food either and I was shocked how they were acting. We were out doordashing and We were hungry because money has been so tight we haven't been able to get anything out to eat or even any fast food and Rally's seems to be a comfort for my partner and we only get it on very rare occasions It really hurt us to be treated like this and to see this and honestly hearing those threats scared us as well We didn't feel comfortable receiving food from them either anymore so we didn't get any food and we just drove off. when times are hard and you're trying to spend your money on something and just want customer service to at least be up to standard because exceeding expectations doesn't even exist anymore but when you don't even get the bare minimum it's really hard. I reached out to the customer service web form and I'm waiting to hear back from that at this point I'm extremely disappointed also considering seeing other reviews left at this location and seeing how this treatment has been an issue for years and it doesn't seem like any action is being taken.

This might be the worst food service experience I've ever had, the day shift crew at this Rallys in Whitehall is more often than not, on top of things, and solid in most ways, however the night shift is something horrendous, need to just fire the whole damn crew and start over, they always have you pull to the side of the building and they'll "bring your food out" tonight I sat on the side of the building til 8:42pm and finally decided to walk to the window to get my food, they had 5+ bagged orders sitting there, including mine, just wasn't bringing any of it out to anybody, I looked at the time of my receipt, and my order was placed at 8:05pm so i sat on the side of rallys for 35 minutes for TWO burgers, that were cold by the time I got them, but I don't have another hour to waste trying to get hot food, waste of time, money, and gas. Absolutely ridiculous,

I ordered a deep sea double with EXTRA tarter sauce only to get to my destination to find that I had the driest fish sandwich ever! There was absolutely NO tarter sauce on this sandwich!

On 12/11/24 @ Approximately 4:30pm, I ordered 2 Brisket Bosswich Sandwiches. I discovered that I was given 2 Brisket Melts. They are clearly different in size and price. The Brisket content is supposed to be 3X that of the Melt. I tried calling the location several times but no one answered so I left messages and returned to the location with one of the sandwiches to discuss the issue. They looked at the sandwich and proclaimed that it had a lot of Brisket on it. I pointed out the differences in the sandwiches and used the pictures in the window to show the differences between the 2. You could clearly see the difference and it clearly showed I got the smaller of the 2 sandwiches. I asked them to correct the mistake. They clearly recognized me, but they did not try to fix the problem. They just kept justifying their mistake rather than just fixing it. Dishonest Service, Poor Food Quality and even poorer customer service....
