If you are looking for the Best Dive Bar in town, with amazing staff and atmosphere you have found it!! Every time me and my family visit from Florida we always make a night at the 40 a priority!! Best karaoke you’ll find and the drinks are super affordable!!! Our favorite server Veronica always comes up with the perfect shot/cocktails for us to try!! My new favorite was the bomb pop, definitely bringing this one back to Florida with us 🍻

It's a nice place for ALL ppl of legal drinking age. Bartenders are very nice and know most of us by name, you might hear some country music, some rock, reggae, hip hop....the jukebox is always good. If u haven't seen someone in a while, stop by here??? oh and they open at 5:30am if u feeling reckless! If you are racist, this is NOT the place for you NO BAD VIBES♥️

OMG what a great dive bar with 6 beers for $15, a pool table, good drinks and "grumpy guy" karaoke on Friday at9! The motley crowd put up Roy Orbison, Rick James, and Erykah Badu all in one set!
