This is the best Taco Bell in Columbus!! Employees always nice, get your food out hot and fast and I’ve only ever been missing items a few times. Most Taco Bell locations the food is messed up and items are always missing this place is great though.

The chicken quesadilla had almost no chicken and too much jalapeño sauce which made it very spicy. The regular price of over $5 is very high considering the value of this item. I had a promotion code so at least I didn't pay that much. The drive thru service was pretty quick and friendly.

They have a problem with connection to the kiosk. I waited 30 mins for my order and I ordered in store. The Mgr gave coupons to make it right. The staff was very humble and apologized for the issue.

From the outside, it looks like a nice place. Once you come inside, things get strange. There's a bad odor coming straight from the bathroom. The main counter looked like a table you used in art class, full of stain and paint chips. Booths are wooden and full of crumbs. Tables didn't look clean, and the other entrance was dirty. For being next to a shopping plaza, I would've thought they would make it more welcoming and clean, but it's definitely not.
