The man that took my order I’m not sure if he was the owner or not. He was very patient with me and he explained everything to me because I inform him that this is my first time eating African food and I asked him what he recommend and I got the spinach with meat and egg and rice and it’s good

This was our first time trying traditional fufu with okra soup and jollof rice and it was such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious but the staff was also extra kind talking us through each dish, what we should try, and how to eat it. We got carry out and the portions were great sizes, we are eating it again tonight! Thank you!

The food here is sooooo freaking delicious, I just wanna eat evertything. Just know the food is addictive and your back will be as wide as a 55" inch tv, I literally cannot stop coming here. I need to hurry up and find me a Ghanaian husband to make me this food since I spend all my money here. The people that work here are funny and friendly. Service is pretty fast and they always have good music playingI only wish they did more to make the place feel more inviting for dining inside instead of getting food to go.

The Point has the best Ghanaian food I have ever eaten. The food was perfectly seasoned and tasted great! The presentation was also professional. I will come again!

First off it's Monday I called at 1 pm coming from the airport I live in Springfield and no answer just the voicemail and online they said they open at 1 got to the restaurant no lights on door lock no cars around. We figure let shop around so we went across the street to Rainbows and I called about 10 till 2 the guy answered I said are yall open and what time he said 1pm I said I just called at 1 and was at the door he said we was here but the food wasn't ready yet ..I'm like why say 1pm and u don't open till 2pm..that is BAD BUSINESS. I TRY TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES but this right here is wrong.. if you can't open at the time posted leave it in your voicemail or front door and website. The food is good but not that good to where you are slowed down from doing what you got too. ...please step up the game and get it together..have a nice day then the guyvsaid 30 mins it's 234 and we are now 45 mins and still no foodSmh

Ordered Rice ball with peanut soup. Husband from Ghana was very excited to try it. The man who took our order(Mark)...we asked if he was also from Ghana (hubby and I are new and he loves connecting with people). The guy said I don't want to talk about it. Okay, first odd thing. Then we asked to pay for/buy 1 extra rice ball to share. He said even if there is a price...we don't have any extra around. He forced us to spend more money for food that 1) We didnt want 2) was not tasty to begin with. That is odd. A restaurant not permitting customers to pay for extra sides.
On their menu, today(Tuesday), you can only order 2 of all the items listed.
Peanut soup should look thick.. closer to gravy/curry consistency. It was very light and watery, similar to light soup. It was not very spicy at all. Over all the food was not delicious, the service was not excellent....very disappointed. Gave 2 stars because it was clean and the music was okay. Wouldn't recommend, won't be back, and I can make better food at home.
