I ordered from DoorDash. I ordered the 5 wings with fries and drink and also an extra onion ring. Everything came besides the fries. So I call them telling them I didn’t receive my fries and whoever answered the phone was not nice and down right rude. They suggested I come pick up the fries smh I ordered on DoorDash which means for whatever reason I needed it delivered! I will never order from this place again. I love to support local,family business but I also work hard for my money and I expect what I PAID for!!

This was my first time coming here and it’s exactly what it appears to be. A small business with a big heart. I don’t know about everyone else but sometimes the city is just too big, too many restaurant chains, we need little spots like this one. Food was incredible, it’s one guy making all the food and he even brought it out to me while I sat in the car. (I’m a big foodie)

This place picked a good name because it caught my eye from my love for sandwiches. It is hidden away within Whitehall, so I can see it being a decent travel for many people. All of the items on the menu looked appealing to me, but the menu needs work. It has items on it without any description of the items. For example, my turkey sub had banana peppers on them. I like banana peppers, but I know a lot of people who don’t and can see that being an issue. I ordered online through the business DoorDash partnership, which created a cold interaction with the person working there. He kept telling me to show him that I accepted the order on DoorDash, and asked if it was my first day since I couldn’t find the button. I then told him that I ordered the food for myself and his demeanor changed completely and was extremely nice and gave me the order. I have heard of DoorDash people scamming businesses so I understand his caution, but it could have been handled better. It would probably be best if he just asked if it’s a carry-out or a DoorDash order. I ordered a turkey sub, coney, and a side of coleslaw. The order was completed in 9 minutes, so keep that in mind if you have a far drive. The food was very good. Probably one of the best conies I have had. It was all very warm and flavorful and had the right balance of everything. If I’m in the area I’d like to try more of their menu.

This place is a hidden gem. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was very courteous, and showed great professionalism. The prices were reasonable and they have a wide selection of items. They also have specials I believe on certain days. I ordered the Philly with the onion rings and it did not disappoint. The onion rings tasted homemade and the Philly was on point. I definitely will be going back!

I’ve loved Sandwich Man for a long time! If you haven’t tried it, you’re seriously missing out! THE BEST wings in Ohio! The tradition garlic parm wings are a MUST! Sides like Mac n cheese and greens are on point too!Also, I can not mention the service/atmosphere full of amazingly great people who are amongst the most real and genuinely sweet business owners around!

Stopped by today for a late lunch. First time there. What a great experience. Welcomed with open arms by a group of people who lift your spirits! Walked in feeling great, left feeling even better. Had parmesan garlic wings, a chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese, baked beans, and cabbage. All of it was delicious!!! Carry out only unfortunately but great people, excellent food, and reasonable prices. Will definitely be back for more.

The lady working here was nice. They close at 7 instead of 8 now, but she stayed to make my order even a quarter after 7.
