I don’t know if they got new management or they were just busy and just working fast. But the chicken that I ask for well done was not well done, my fries were cold with no seasoning. I spent 40 bucks on this food and was horrible. I don’t think they understand well done🤷🏾‍♀️

Very fresh food every time me and my family visit here. Just wish the set up for placing order and picking up was different and not so long . But overall great service

I went to this wingstop in Whitehall on 2/6/25 and ordered the 8 pc traditional wing combo. I asked for extra well done but got the complete opposite. The chicken was undercooked and the corn was very dry. I woke up early the next morning vomitting and diarrhea. I will never eat there again.

It's hit or miss on if your wings are hot or luke warm. And they fail to pay attention to your edits on things like making our fries extra done with extra seasoning. The people at the location seem pretty decent but the food quality is not always there.

Went in and ordered atomic and Korean spicy with fries just to get my order and it’s garlic parm dry rub and a bumass chicken sandwich with some soft sick looking fries 👎🏾👎🏾

I've been a very loyal customer, eating from here multiple times a week at times. I can admit they've been my addiction so maybe this encounter I had today will be good for me .

Here's my experience today:
Normally my husband picks up but today and 2 other times before I ordered through their website for delivery. They use doordash delivery services.

Well, I requested well done wings , however my wings weren't at all well done, also my lemonade taste like water.

So I called the store, mind you I can't go through my doordash account because that is not how I ordered it.

The only option I had is to call the store.

So they told me to bring the food back before they can remake the order, I asked them how am I suppose to do that when my husband isn't home which is the whole point of why I ordered delivery.

I feel that is not professional, more could have been done, maybe they could have taken my name and let me come back another time to get my order remade. But no, they wanted me to bring the food back with receipt in order for it be remade when I have no vehicle today to do that.

My point is, if you order delivery, use the actual delivery service apps instead of going through their website because if they screw up your food, they will not make it right for you. Atleast if u use your own account such as doordash, you can report issues.

I've been a very loyal customer, they know my husband by name when he goes in their but this was it, I am done with the location on E Main street.

If they are individually owned, I may go to other locations but if their all owned by one person, I am completely done.

I'm tired of these unprofessional restaurant workers, you spend your money but they don't care if they screw up your food.

Everyone needs to stop letting these people get away with this type of stuff, if it wasn't for us customers, they wouldn't have those jobs.

Let's all start back cooking more at home. These fast food restaurant workers don't care about us.

Cook at home or go to those nice dine in restaurants.

This is my first review but I'm tired.
