Ordered offline, they let someone take my order then told me they couldn’t remake my order and to come in the next morning. When I asked to speak to a manager they put someone else on the phone to keep repeating “No, come tomorrow” before passing the phone back to the same coworker who said “Oh, someone took it? Let me remake that for you and when they show your ticket I’ll give it to them.” I think she only said it to get me off the phone though, but mind you I’d already waited 2-3 hours, and had been through 5 drivers.

My first time going to Wingstop ever. Heard good things about the food. Yet, I was highly disappointed, the food was terrible. My fries came out old, cold, and wrinkly due to them being so old. They put no sauce on my wings, and only sprinkled Parmesan on some dry wings. When I called to complain about my food they said there was nothing they could do. The manager wouldn’t even get on the phone to talk to me. I contacted corporate for the lack of professionalism. Money was wasted, that was my first and last time ever going there.

I called to request extra sauce on my wings and a cup of ice after placing my order on the app i had to call because there was no option to request this on the app and every time I come to the Whitehall location my wings are extremely dry and under seasoned i have been waiting for 57 minutes for someone to answer after my 3rd attempt of calling and waiting for 18 minutes the first time and 20 minutes the second time at this point my wings are probably on the way to my house so I guess I'm looking forward to under sauced dry Wing a waste of 60 dollars this is unacceptable customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pickup order on DoorDash, got there and they couldn’t find my order. They then noticed they gave my order to an actual door dasher. The cashier typed in Google translate to tell me they had already given the order away. I explained I understood but that’s on them, and they need to start on making my food they gave away in error!! My order was for a well done 20 piece, so of course I had to wait at least 25 minutes for my food they gave away. I showed them my DoorDash app which still showed I was waiting on my food. They acted completely clueless and I basically had to demand my food be started, again. About 15 minutes into waiting I asked for something to drink, they looked around in confusion ONCE AGAIN before shaking their head declining offering me a drink after giving my food away!!! Like the customer service is TRASH!

Update for 2025: Haven't visited this location in over 7 years. Stopped in for wings after work, and there was no one here. The staff has completely changed and I thought this would benefit me. Ordered my food, was given a wait time of 20min, and as soon as I sat down about 10 people walked in to pick up door dash orders. I waited past 25min and about 30 more people came in to pick up door dash orders, like that's all they were bagging. It took my food forever to come and I should have just ordered on door dash as well. The lady called my name about 50min later and asked me to check my bag. I counted the fries and thought I felt all of my boxes. It was so crowded at the counter I didn't want to take all the fries out and spill them on the counter, I told her that the order was missing something, she said no everything is in the bag, she read the order back to me and I left out without double checking everything. Got home and was missing my 10piece boneless wings. I called and they said I could come back and pick up a replacement 10piece, but I live too far, so I didn't return. I wasted $15. Turns out that my fries were disgusting and my chicken was overcooked.
The staff here is horrible!! So unprofessional. I will NEVER visit this location unless the Real manager is present! But Wing Stop is the Best place to go for wings..have to give the food 4stars. I like my wings cooked well done... Yes the wings are greasy since most of the sauces are oil based....but they are all delicious! Love the fries...love the ranch sauce. Yum yum!!

We accidentally ordered pick up instead of delivery and called immediately and staff kept putting us on hold automatically for 20 minutes without ever answering. The website says “to make changes or cancel call into restaurant. Doesn’t really work if the staff won’t answer the phone. Really bad policy. I sadly won’t be coming back here, I keep giving them chances and they keep dropping the ball.

The old Hispanic manager was super rude to me! She was looking to argue and was very disrespectful.
App told me one time, I get there, I have to wait 20 min. I'm seeing people leaving because they are upset. They wouldn't answer the phone. I ordered 20 wings, they gave me 18. Since they were rushing, the food wasn't good. Never again!!!

Been going here on and off for the last couple months, and i’ve never had a serious issue with this place! The food has been good (and accurate) every order I’ve had from there, and fresh too! My only complaint is that occasionally there are long-ish wait times, but only during peak hours (lunch, dinner)
