What happened to this location?!? Entirely new crew. Long wait times, with only two cars in line. Not friendly. Out of items. Even the menu was broken. I miss the old crew. They were super friendly, fast, and efficient. Please bring them back!!! I need a new location to visit on my morning commute. I can't keep wasting my money on this type of service.

We used to stop in weekly on Fridays for donuts with the kids before school. The previous family and staff who were operating this location had everything down to a science. Always quick in and out, and always beyond friendly. It’s a little coincidental that a new staff was brought in shortly after Jan. 20 and the efficiency and quality took a nosedive. Now it’s a bunch of incompetent slackers. Such a disappointment.

Asked for large hot coffee 6 creams and 6sugrs ON THE SIDE got them only after I asked again at the window but first they gave me Splenda only then when I asked them to correct it and give me cream and sugar they gave me sweet and low with no coffee stirrer when I asked for on they didn't have any didn't offer a straw I had to ask for it.only to find out they put them in the coffee wasn't for me so it was a waste order avocado toast got bread untoasted
and looked like they dumped have a bottle of the everything bagel seasoning on it just handed the box no bag no napkin. This is the worse Dunkins I have been to. It didn't use to be . This was my last attempt to give them the benefit but not anymore they are slow over a 5min wait . Don't waste your time or your money!

This place must have gotten new owners or something. The service / quality has taken a nose dive. This morning I got the $6 sandwich medium coffee and hash browns deal. Both the sandwich and the hash browns were burned, and my coffee hardly had any French vanilla in it that I asked for. On top of that I only had two cars in front of me when I got there and it took at least 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Everyone working inside was different and seemed to be running around frantically in panic. Way different experience than in the past.

Bunch of clowns working here. Do not waste your time. They will mess your order up. You will sit and wait for the TRASH that works here to mess you order up. They don’t know what they’re doing. Terrible service terrible employees. Seriously a joke.

Used to come every morning on my way to work. Won’t return until they figure this out. I’m not sure where the old family went but they had everything down to a science. Waiting 25 minutes for a coffee should never happen.

welp. my favorite dunkin right across the street from me is no longer functional. they have an entirely new staff of kids who have no idea what they’re doing. the line is almost in the street everytime i go past and ive never seen that once over the last 3 years. HIRE A NEW STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually frequent this location almost every morning, but it’s sad to say I’ll never return. Not sure what happened to the original crew, but this new crew is HORRIBLE. The wait is at least 20 minutes for your coffee. Multiple cars even started leaving due to them moving so slow. This new crew is definitely not as friendly or efficient, and my coffee tasted like water. So disappointing.
