We celebrated our wedding at Mooreland Mansion in September, and it couldn’t have been a more beautiful day. Our ceremony in the rose garden was absolutely stunning — the flowers were in full bloom and created the perfect romantic backdrop. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the terrace, and having our dance floor outdoors made the evening even more memorable. Stacey from Normandy Catering was an absolute dream to work with! She was our main contact for the venue, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Stacey made every step of the process fun, organized, and memorable. Her upbeat personality and sense of humor kept us smiling (and laughing!) through it all. We felt so supported and cared for, and she played such a huge part in making our day perfect. The mansion’s timeless charm and historic character provided a gorgeous setting and the most amazing photo opportunities. Our guests are still raving about how incredible the venue was. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to say “I do”!

Normandy catered an 80th birthday lunch for my husband on Dec 30, 2024. We had many comments on how beautifully the food was presented and , likely most important, how delicious the food tasted. We found that Stacey was so easy to work with when planning this lunch and accommodated special requests without issue. Her staff was very professional the day of the party, from bringing the food and other items in and down an elevator, to table set up, food preparation, serving and cleanup. Stacey, the event manager, was super patient when it came to having to make a ton of changes to the order. She always got back to me quickly and made sure our breakfast happened when I was nearly forced to cancel due to hotel policies. Brandon, the delivery driver, was amazing and had a great sense of humor when it came to sneaking a corporate breakfast into our hotel lobby. The sandwiches were perfect and made it easy for everyone to eat and mingle with each other, and despite not being a vegan myself, I thought the vegan muffins were really good!
